Sat in the parking lot for over 30 minutes waiting for my pickup order and watched other pickups receive their orders as they pulled in. Turned out they gave the one of the other customers my order. Will definitely be considering Safeway from now on.

Good store. Recently, it's completely redone, so it's been a tad confusing finding items. Also, I'm not super thrilled about having to dodge AT&T workers now. I usually can, but today they roped me into an almost hour ordeal as soon as i stepped in the door. The two men today are were friendly, but I'm just trying to get groceries and get home. ?
Otherwise the workers are all pretty friendly and helpful ?

Bryan at the Deli is the goat. I know this sounds corny but he cut the deli meats to perfection. It is nearly impossible to find a deli where they do what you ask. Store is super clean and well stocked

Pleasant employees in a large grocery store for the most part. The meat deli has a couple of people who could be friendlier. Good selection and generally good prices. Excellent produce, meat and bakery. Cashiers are friendly as well. Pricing and bargains are generally good too.

I would like to make a comment of Renee, who was working the self-checkout. I have a hard time walking and standing because of my condition. While in self-checkout, I was having a hard time and Renee came over and offered to finish scanning my items for me. That is being very attentive and showing great customer service. Thanx Renee!

I haven't been in a long time it was reminiscent of shopping at Meijer in Michigan. Only disappointment was the bakery. Nothing really special for Christmas or Hanukkah as far as sweets.

The click list has gone downhill rapidly. They charged me for an order I never picked up because they made me wait 40 min in the spot. Now today. I’m in the click list spot for over 45 minutes. He came out and said he needs to go “re-pick” my stuff. They had said my order was ready 2 hours ago. Honestly can’t believe it has come to this. I’ve been picking up at this location for years. I will not be back to this location as my time is valuable and waiting collectively 2 hours for an order is unacceptable.
