Employees refused to checkout my wife when she had $400 worth of groceries in the cart. We will never shop here again. Safeway across the street always has someone available to check you out at the register. Hell, even Petsmart always has someone available to check you out. Just pathetic.

Just visited the store at 6321 E Greenway. Store was good, but checking out was terrible. Cashier Albert was rude, unhelpful, condescending, and successfully ruined the entire experience. He needs training in customer service or needs to find a job where he doesn’t have to interact with people. I will not be going back any time soon. ☹️☹️☹️

This store's customer service has deteriorated in the past 2-3 years. We have been regulars at this store for over 10 years and have experienced several incidents where employees just did not show any care for customer service, but one employee, in particular, is beyond rude. Albert, who usually works at the self-checkout should not work in a public-facing job. Unfortunately, i had 2 run-ins with Albert, and both times I had to report him to the manager. I don't think anyone will do anything as this is the state of FRY's customer service now. Nonetheless, I want to post my experience in hopes that someone at FRY's management may do the right thing and address Albert.

I went in to rent a carpet cleaner, Linda in customer service was phenomenal. She was professional, friendly and very helpful.

Unfortunately, we got home and realized we were missing one of our grocery bags, the bag which contained our meat. It was too late to return to collect our purchase. The checkout clerk was busy chatting with a co-worker while bagging our groceries, which most likely was the root cause of the error.

The manager Mark is extremely rude! I was having a great conversation with one of the employee here, and Mark gave him and myself a dirty look. Once I walked away he said something to the employee. Totally unacceptable I like shopping at places with there are nice and friendly workers. The manager Mark needs to work on his customers service!

Awful store, and some but not all awful employees. They'll shut down the checkout lines early while people are in them, refusing service. Forcing senior citizens and people who've worked a hard day to self-checkout dozens of items.Their self-checkout machines will also malfunction mid checking out, and they'll then get in your face to blame and harass You the consumer when it does. Zero quality assurance. My guess? Poor management, with self-interested hiring practices. I'll be taking my business elsewhere, so should you, they're the epitome of bad service.
