Absolutely ridiculous that the phone number doesn’t get through to the store. I wanted to call and ask if they have a certain shipping item and stock and spent over 10 minutes with a robot that ended up hanging up the phone. I never got through to the store

What they don't tell you is they will not accept shipments from any other carrier.No USPS or UPSI had no address as I was traveling.Asked if I could get a package shipped there. Answer sure! Wrong. Only FedEx packages.I had no idea. The y automatically send it back. Sweet. I suppose I should know. Never used them before. Live and learn.

The location is in a good spot for easy access right off Scottsdale Rd. The place was clean when I walked in. Pricing varies depending on delivery preferences. The hours work for me however if you need last min overnight shipping, I highly recommend going to another location or having a pre-made label otherwise the package is likely to go out next day with no sense of URGENCY even if delivery person picking packages up asks staff if that is needing to go out while in middle of transaction. The staff at this location are top notch. I have used this FedEx for shipping, printing, even returning DirecTV equipment (as instructed by DirecTV). I once received a personal phone call to confirm some potential issues with a print order, which saved me a headache and re-order. And I get a sincere 'Thank You' for using their center for shipping. All around great service.

This place is stupid expensive. $17 to print 24 pages and $53 to ship a letter.

I ship tons of packages for work, so I am in this location everyday. The staff is ALWAYS so helpful and friendly! Hayley and Cameron always manage to put a smile on my face when I've had a busy day of loading packages.

The lady working here this morning was super friendly, patient, and helpful. I needed to purchase a couple of flash drives and save some audio files from My phone onto them in a snap. Though they were labeled a "print center," I was pleasantly surprised to find that they did also have a single computer for use that I could use to accomplish the entire task while I was there. I had thought I would just be able to buy the flash drives and need to do the rest of the work later. I was looking to purchase a binder in addition to the other reasons for my visit. Even though she doesn't normally stock them, she kindly went to the back room & brought out 3 different binders to offer me. I purchased one, and I was extremely impressed she went the extra mile. Very cool. Thanks FedEx for coming though. Now I don't need to make an extra stop at Staples or a drug store just for that alone. Happy customer.

Got there 3 minutes to close. They were already closed. The driver was still standing in there. They could have taken the package. They just didnt want to. Last minute shipping for business is sometimes part of the game. It cost us money when you close early and wont take packages. You need to remember why your open. For the customer.
