This location is marked as open at 7:00 so I drove over out of my way to get here and it doesn’t open until 9:00. Fed ex used to be open early and late for after hours business transactions and now it’s impossible to find one open when you need it.

Oliver B. is an excellent employee! I worked with him on a rush print order. He took the time to double check the capability of his machinery to ensure he would be able to complete my order. THEN continued to correspond with me throughout the day on the status of the order and payment. I hope to work with him in the future. Thank you, Oliver!

Terrible. Parking isn't convenient, and when I got inside I was told by the employee that there is a $10 fee to drop off a package. Rip off and bad service. I'll stay with UPS.

DO NOT... I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION! My firm has a FedEx account and attached 2 prepaid labels to packages that were to be shipped. I just received a call from this place wanting to charge an additional $47.14 as a "handling fee." Never ever I have heard of a FedEx ship center charging a "handling fee." Every other FedEx Office would gladly accept your shipment over the counter, but not this location. My firm uses FedEx so much that we practically receive a 50% discount on all shipments. The worst service ever!!!

Do not go to drop off packages or ship. They will charge a "handling fee" even if you have a FedEx account. Rip off!!

We had a important time sensitive document we needed printed. My fiancé and I stopped by one day and asked if we could print from our phone. We were told by the women who works here, that it was impossible to do so. That we would need a flash drive to print anything. We went and bought a flash drive, drove back to our house to load the document on to said flash drive, then drove back to the store. We decided to do use the self print station, and to our surprise there was a print from phone option. We wasted time and money, all because this women isn't knowledgeable about the services offered. Not to mention we were a day late on sending the document, all because of her lack of knowledge.

This Fed Ex was so professional. I went in there to get a card from my sisters funeral laminated and they helped me out and somewhat got to know my situation. Even before then, a woman was so kind and greeted me kindly. Wish i would have gotten names. But they are working now 2/27/17 at 2:30pm. Thank you Fed Ex
