Went in to ship a package with a prepaid label. Staff on site said I had to pay for shipping again, which I did. Confirmed later on that I shouldn't have paid for shipping, so I contacted the shop's management. They unfortunately did not have the ability to grant me a refund. Would not recommend unless staff training improves.
