If I could give negative stars I would. Second timing trying to ship sensitive materials to our doctor on the east coast. Followed every instruction and detail for packing correctly from the employees themselves and Twice now it's been returned and our package ruined. Total incompetence here. Avoid this place at all costs.

Similar to other reviews, complete incompetence. Laughably bad. Plenty of cheaper, more reliable options.

Make sure to read all the fine print before you ship anything large. If a corner of the cardboard box is slightly torn, the laser scanner (not human) will automatically measure the box as over the limit and add on an $876 automatic up charge. No exceptions No discussions. I'll Never use FedEx for my business ever again.
