Needed to have a document sent 3 day air from Arizona to Florida. A friend suggested this location to me. It's not in my favorite area of North Scottsdale. There's lots of congestion and not a lot of parking in this strip mall. Walmart is close by and tons of other small businesses. Came on a Friday afternoon around 3 pm. Luckily there wasn't anyone else working. I bought the 3 day service for a Tuesday delivery and the letter actually got there a day early. 5 stars to the delivery team ! Don't expect a friendly or happy interaction. Seems par for the course these days especially in North Scottsdale. My letter got to its destination early and it was $25. Probably will try another location without all the Walmart traffic next time.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Came in to mail a few envelopes and was waiting patiently in line behind another customer who was being helped. Two people came in after me and were helped by the woman working there. I was not even acknowledged even after the two customers finished and left. Finally I asked if I could mail a few envelopes and the worker, in the rudest tone, and said, "No". I don't even know what I did besides standing there to warrant her attitude. She was completely cordial with the other customers. Will not be coming back here.

I came here to ship a few items back to my sister in florida and the service was absolutely terrible. If I could give 0 stars I would. The gentleman that was tasked with helping my brother and I didn't seem like he wanted to be there and I don't blame him with the way the woman that approached me first gave me an attitude. I should have walked out and went to a UPS shipping center. Sad to say I did stick it out just to waste my money and time. They may have been short staffed but that's not the customers fault. Horrible service would never recommend

almost sideswiped me in a neighborhood then right after sat in the middle of the street held up traffic just because they didn't want to try and parallel park or find a better parking spot smh watch out for these guys Luckily I pulled off on to a sidewalk so they couldn't hit me

DON'T SHOP THIS LOCATION. Go to Shea Rd and 101, where Gabriel is very nice. The manager at the Raintree location is on a power trip. Looks like I'm not the only person who has had a bad experience with the extremely rude Store Manager. This was supposed to be a quick in, quick out errand that turned into a total nightmare. She was on my case before I even got in the store because I was getting my mask out of my purse as I walked up. Then she stood in the doorway to physically block me from entering insisted I put it on before I walked in, even though I was literally pulling my mask on from the curb. She was still blocking the entrance when my mask was on my face. Then she followed onto the empty store and pointed at one of the stickers in a corner and told me to stand on that. I didn't because I came in to buy and envelope and I needed to find it. She then asked me if I had a different mask because she didn't like the medical plastic one I wore. The only reason I didn't leave is because I refuse to be bullied. I said "what are you gonna do? call the police?" and she did and wouldn't let me buy what I came for. I've never been treated so badly in my life. I hope they fire her.

This place is fantastic. They helped me send an overnight in like 30 seconds. It was the fastest shipping experience I've ever had. They are also very friendly.

Walked in for a Quick Benihana $30 Off Birthday Coupon. The Sales Rep told me I could email them the coupon, she could Print it & Bam!! Just like that!! DONE!! Very Attentive!! Fastest service with quality ink to paper. Clean computer stations too! Thanks to the Nice Team at this location!! You made my night!

If I could give no stars I would. They are so rude, cannot believe how rude the store manager was. I was on the phone with a work client and she yelled at me to step back to the stupid purple dot about 9 feet away from the counter in order for the associate to "start the transaction." Mind you I was next to the dot... not on the dot. I was with my fiancé and how on earth do you 1) expect us to both stand on your stupid purple dot 9 feet away, 2) interrupt someone when they are on the phone multiple times. So unprofessional. Picked up our stuff and left to a different FedEx immediately. Learn how some customer service Raintree location..

I used Fedex to ship some boxes from Scottsdale to Michigan and when it arrived my things were completely destroyed. When they arrived at my house the boxes were crushed, had many major holes in them, and were taped back up and left there. The man we dealt with at the Scottsdale location was friendly and helpful and repacked and added packing paper to my boxes upon request because I was shipping kitchen appliances and glassware. Thinking the added packing paper on top of the bubble wrap I had used to pack each item was enough I didn't think my things would show up in such terrible condition. It seems as though my things flew off the truck and out of the boxes because there are clear scratch marks and broken things all throughout each box. After my things were broken they packed them back in the box upside down with broken glass sticking out all over and then taped it all around. My mother cut herself on the broken pieces of glass when helping me unpack them. I have to replace appliances and some glassware but many of them were novelty glasses and they also broke a small decorative frame that was my grandmothers and can't be replaced. The condition they delivered this in was so disrespectful I almost wish they would have just 'lost' the boxes instead.
