I mistakenly trusted FedEx to deliver my recently deceased son's belongings to me intact and undamaged. There were 4 large boxes that were sent from Mexico to AZ. Every box had damaged items and the last box took 22 days to get here. They last box was extremely damaged to the point where the contents were spilling out of the multiple torn and open holes in the box.In fact, I received a message from the Scottsdale FedEx saying that they could not deliver the box because of all the broken glass and items in the box. I went to this facility to pick this box up and I was shocked at the condition of the box. Upon seeing the extremely damaged box, the Manager of that facility said, "It's out of our hands." This shipment also cost me approx. $1600. to ship.I learned that FedEx unpacked and "repacked" all the boxes 2 times from the Mexico loc to my loc. All was thrown into the boxes without a care and without any wrapping of even the fragile items that I had wrapped with care.I filed a claim which was a difficult and time consuming task, consisting of 4 days of phone calls and approx. 15 reps. I completed their claim form on line, with many pics.They finally responded to say that although they recognized the completed claim form, my claim was denied because they did not have any pictures...and they gave an actual claim amount of $128.50, that I would not receive. How did they even come up with that amount with no pics???I resubmitted the pics and received another letter saying that the claim was denied because they did not have the claim form that I filled out on line....despite the many conversations I had with their reps who referred to the claim form during our conversations.They ultimately sent me a check for the $128.50 and closing the claim all together. Again, where did that figure come from??? (I did not and will not cash that useless, insulting check.)My son's special desk top computer for photography was damaged beyond repair. This was a $3000 item that they valued at $20.00.All the items were valued by Fedex at ridiculously low amounts.....Not even close to the true value. This is information I did not see until delivery.These were the last of my son's belongings that were important to me.Most are in pieces and/or damaged beyond repair. This was truly heartbreaking for me and his father. I regret trusting this company and putting my son's belongings "in their hands." My message is to avoid trusting this company with anything valuable or important because if they damage it or lose it, their response will be, "Its out of our hands."The one star rating is being kind.

I put going to the Fed Ex office right there along with going to the Post Office or the DMV. My experience here was actually pleasant and painless. There was one person in line in front of me that maybe has never shipped anything before so she did take awhile to be helped. After that it was smooth sailing ! The parking can be a little tight there but there's more parking on the side of the building. Would recommend. Not quite a quick in and out though.

This is a clean, nice place to make copies or do shipping. The staff is super friendly and helpful, which makes a difference because most of the time that you're in one of these places, you're super stressed out: making copies of things you don't want, sending things out that cost too much money, or a variety of other fun reasons like doing your taxes. I recommend getting printouts in black and white instead of color as it's much much cheaper. Another convenient tip is you can send an email to
[email protected] with an attachment or attachments, and you'll receive back an email with the code that you enter in, at the printer. This place is nicely laid out for self-service, including printing, copying, as well as computer desks and it even sports a very clean bathroom. Recommended for all your printing, scanning, faxing, and shipping needs!

Fedex should be ashamed--accepting drivers who disregard everyone else. This driver 1) parked in front of an emergency red zone, 2) parked in front of a handicapped spot and 3) has an expired registration. Please do something about it Fedex!

They are so fast at this location. They have saved me a few times when my printer decided not to do it's job. I have been to many locations and this one is my fav!

I had a complicated project I needed to complete for Christmas and after another print shop never responded to my request, I submitted my design to FedEx. They were beyond helpful and the manager Jasmine (apologies if misspelled) was so kind and patient with me. I have been in there a lot for the past few days and they always help other customers quickly and really try to fit their needs.

Super friendly staff, great place to use a computer and a printer if you don't have one at home. Also has some useful office and work supplies. Great location and a very clean store!

This is the closest shipping company to me and since they offer other services like printing, I frequent this location. It's very convenient.It's very clean and organized. They have a lot of office supplies on sale as well so it's turning out to be a one-stop shop.But the 5 stars really go to the employees. On a couple of occasions, they have gone above and beyond their services and I'm very appreciative of that. Thank you! I will for sure be back.
