Visited the Fashionphile location at Fashion Square Mall and brought a few items for consignment consideration. Unfortunately, I was incredibly dissapointmented with their offer (pennies on the dollar). Needless to say, I did not accept their offer. You may be better off listing it yourself or finding other high-end consignment shops in the area that offer a better payout.

I would 100% never buy anything from this company. I have spent hours trying to get a bracelet I purchased. I have been lied to many times by their customer service. I still don’t have the bracelet….

Excellent experience. Purchased items have arrived exactly as described, thoroughly cleaned and pristine. If something does not meet your expectations they immediately accept returns, no questions asked. They accept and sell quality items. I've sold items and have received very fair quotes. The staff is helpful, friendly and extremely accommodating. Sabrina and Andrea are wonderful! Fashionphile is extremely particular in authenticating items so you always feel confident you are purchasing the real thing. My experience has been nothing but positive and would highly recommend.

I love buying and selling through Fashionphile. Both experiences were very positive. I bought a purse that was no longer available at Louis Vuitton Stores. I sold 2 Designer bags that I no longer carried.

Do not waste your time with Fashionphile like they did with mine. Neiman Marcus should really end their partnership with them because it is a company they should not be associated with. They are first of all, not busy or sought after, which gives lots of red flags (why are there no clients? why are the employees wasting labor and sitting on chairs and pretending they are working?).The designer product I brought is authentic and in mint, clean condition and gave me the most absurd excuse of why they couldn’t take them. Instead of being honest of the process from the beginning and failing to communicate the steps of how to consign, they could have easily informed me to send pictures, done a 5-minute video call, FaceTime call before I drove 40 minutes to their location to drop off the item. They should already be doing that for ALL clients and make that requirement before scheduling an in-person appointment.Very terrible customer service from 3 employees - I would give them negative stars if I could.

I bought a designer purse on 3/5/2023 from them. After a couple of days I realized it was not my style. Following their return policy I returned the purse within 15 days. They acknowledged receiving the purse on 3/15/2023. After 2 weeks I had not received a refund. I then contacted them. They said because the labels were not attached to the bag a full refund could not be given and offered me a refund far less then what I paid for it. I call this a scam and would advise not buying ANYTHING from this company until they change this policy.

I know most reviews are about selling an item, but mine is purchasing an item. I do most, if not all my shopping online, I rarely have time to "Shop" so I do most my searching & shopping at night as I am lying in bed-- Anyway, I have always found the items purchased in great condition, and if I have ordered anything I wasn't happy with, returns have always been a breeze and the staff I have communicated with were always super friendly and helpful. Customer for life!

The last few times I've gone into the Fashionphile Scottsdale location I was assisted by Dawn! Dawn was amazing ,she took time to answer every question I had about different bags. She also went into detail on care instructions for my bags so I could be sure to care for them properly. Dawn made my selling process a breeze and very EASY. I have to admit she is the reason why I continue to go in person as she has a welcoming smile and positive attitude!! Dawn you are AWESOME !!!!

I normally don't leave negative reviews but this place was one of a kind! Very unfriendly staffs like the other reviewers said. Walked in on 11/28 and was not offered to schedule an appointment. I would understand if the place was busy but it was not. I scheduled via phone for 11/30 and after 20mins of taking pictures and sending it to someone virtually, I was told my purse was hard to "authenticate" with low ball offer, that was humiliating! And yes there are thousands of other places where you can go and sell your authentic items. Thank you for the sour experience!

Great location with great customer service! Sold a few items here already and every time they were very professional, courteous, and friendly. Today Dawn helped me over the phone and she offered to stay beyond her lunch break in order to get me a same day appointment with a same day drop off. Would not recommend they said 2-4days for payment it’s been 5 business days no payment pending or anything definitely go else where wish I knew then what I knew now run away and don’t waste your time it was east to get a appointment for them to get the merchandise now it’s time to pay I can’t get ahold of any one

Very reliable website ! Found that they stand behind their products and are very helpful with any questions or problems that you might have! I was so fortunate to speak and work with dear Judy in Carlsbad who supported me in such a caring way ! I would definitely shop at fashionphile as the most reliable website for used high end products !
