4 hrs on the phone between Rettke and the Bristol West 888 number, no answers. Rettke loses temper quickly on the phone.

I have been with Farmers Insurance for a few decades. I even like their commercials, cute but NOT stupid. Their agents, I've know 3, have been ones to listen & work to resolve my inquiries. Thank you Farmers for doing a great job caring for your customers.
