Probably the best selection of back issues in Phoenix. This is the place to go if you're looking for a key issue in great condition. Bring your wallet though, because this may also be the most expensive comic shop I've ever visited (and I've been to a lot in the last 45 years). If you can afford the high end of guide value, you'll probably find what you're looking for here.

This comic book shop is worth the long drive for me. It has a variety of comics and collectibles, it is always an enjoyable experience, and not to mention, the staff is welcoming and friendly. All I can say is thank you!

Fantastic Worlds is a fantastic store! Lots of great books, clean and well organized and a very friendly staff. One of the best stores in Phoenix, by far. Worth your time.

Went here for Free Comic Book day. Lovely store! Picked up a few new issues I hadn't bought yet too. They even had an artist doing a signing that day. The staff were friendly and found out they do pull lists for all those looking for a convenient local store!

The staff is incredibly helpful and they have a good selection of back issues. The gentleman on duty even helped me to find some that I was missing. They have some really cool statues, figures and pops. If you are a comic fan then check it out.

Great little spot, they have a wonderful old comic book collection for collector's, I'd definitely recommend dropping in to take a look at it if you get the chance.

Please be careful and do your research before purchasing anything from this shop. I stopped in to check out the Pokémon 151 booster packs that were available and was floored to see a price tag of $20 per loose pack. You can absolutely purchase loose packs online for $5.99 each. The justification was people are pulling "thousand dollar cards" from these packs so $20 was a fair price. To date- there are literally zero cards in this set that are worth even close to $1000 raw. The most valuable raw card in this set is, on average, worth about $300. I understand everyone needs to make a profit but wow, this was incredibly dishonest and deceptive. Shameful.
