The manager and staff of this hotel were not exactly responsive to a main issue that I had there. I complained three straight days about no having any hot water for showers. They adjusted my bill eventually but also practically ignored me when I told them about the lack of hot water on my room. They made excuses saying they couldn't switch rooms as they were full up each night. Finally, the manager made it right for the last night I was there. This issue could've been fixed during the day as I was working all day off site, but it did not happen. Extremely frustrating but at least I got an apology! I can see why the ratings are so low at this hotel!The rooms are clean for the most part but the staff is mostly unresponsive including the manager! My advice - find another option if you need to stay in Scottsdale!

I love the location! Walking distance to coffee shops, hair salons and restaurants. The hotel was very clean and safe.

North Scottsdale location: Hotel pool had multiple dog poops inside. Hot tub was a cold tub. Bed felt like a glorified air mattress. Very disappointed!

This place is terrible and gross.My room was dirty and had stains on the carpet. Soap scum wasn't cleaned up from the last resident in the shower.The entire room was generally unclean and in a state of disrepair.The dishes and cups set up that I requested from the front desk were dirty.I left.Rooms: In disrepair. Dirty. Gross. ?

I selected this extended stay based on the location- it is in a great area. But that’s about as great as it gets. Our shower was not clean upon entering the room, there was a ton of hair on all walls of the shower. There is no way someone could miss the amount of hair that was in the shower. The carpet in our room looked dirty as well/not thoroughly cleaned. The “breakfast” was an absolute joke. They didn’t even have cups of water for customers (only scalding water for instant oatmeal/tea). Their “breakfast” consists of granola bars and individually wrapped muffins. There is no hot breakfast, unless you count hot water and hot coffee as a hot breakfast.

Worst hotel/motel experience. Super dirty rooms including the sheets, and full with cockroaches, horrible staff member and customer service. don't pay them in advance. When I first arrived room's toilets were already clogged. They moved me to another room, Couldn't sleep well because the refrigerator made loud noises there. Both rooms had bad smell in them. Staff member Omar identified as the manager (he isn't), refused to transfer me to another room and said that the only solution for me is to disconnect the refrigerator or just leave and get a refund. His voice was shaky and it seems that he's in some kind of a fight or flight mode although I was stating my criticism in a very calm and polite way. I stayed because I had a business meeting scheduled for that hour. Next morning I woke up to see cockroaches in the room. Omar didn't want to address it. He offered me to leave and get a refund again. I didn't get the refund until now (more than a month after) because the front desk don't answer the calls from AGODA. The cheapest motels in my trip to India were much cleaner than that. If you have any standards don't go there, If you don't - just sleep in your car..

I stayed for one night on October 5th. I forgot some clothes in a plastic bag, when I realized this I sent an email trough the company’s webpage (October 7th), I got an automated response that asked to allow at least 48 business hours for a member of our team to respond to your email submission. I haven’t got an answer yet.I came back to the city on the 8th and went to the hotel to ask if they found my clothes, the person in the front desk told me that the person in charge of housekeeping was going to return on the 10th, that they will email me and let me know if they have the clothes. I didn’t get the email, so today I called, after being on hold for about 20 minutes, they told me that they would look for the clothes and call me back immediately. I didn’t get the call back, so I called again and was told that they didn’t find the clothes on their lost & found, so it was almost sure the clothes were thrown away.I know is my responsibility not to leave anything left in the room, but when I had this same situation before (in different hotels, not this one) I immediately got a call from them to let me know about the left items and what I wanted to do with them.

I booked a room online and paid for it. Later I had a change of plans. The hotel wouldn't reimburse me or allow a change of dates since I paid online. I've never seen anything like it. Do not ever pay them in advance.

Rooms are completely infested with cockroaches the amount of bites I have is insane and the amount of traps I’ve had to buy is disgusting, and with all the money stolen from me by this hotel, it’s insanely frustrating to have had to purchase my own traps and sprays, have them barley work because of the sheer volume of roaches, and have hundreds of dollars stolen. If you’re not prepared to be $500+ in the hole find a different hotel.The majority of the staff are competent, nice people but definitely not everyone, over night and morning staff are great.The money from the days I had pre-paid for had not been returned to my card when I checked out early contrary to what I was told at the start of my stay, not only that but days after I check out, my card is charged $100+ with absolutely no notice being made to me of any kind. I was gonna let the pre paid days be, but the egregious fraud is too much, especially considering the consistent theft, I severely wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you really REALLY like being on the phone with your bank, as well as not being able to access the money in your account fairly often with related fraud issues even after you’re checked out.Rooms: A nauseating amount of CockroachesWalkability: Very walkable, only good thing about the place besides a couple staff members I’m going to missNoteworthy details: The cockroaches at the stuff of nightmaresBe sure to bang your shoes together before you put them on trust me on that oneI enjoyed and am going to miss a few staff members they’re very friendly late at night and in the morning they make guest feel comfortable and welcomed and saying “hi” to each other would brighten my day

If I could give this place negative zeros I would do it, please stay away, the Manager Abe is rude with absolutely no customer service skills at all, he absolutely does not need to be in the Hospitality Industry what he needs is to be fired, if you look through the reviews he also doubled charged me like he has done other guests and when he is confronted he is horrible. I will also be taking this complaint all the way up the corporate ladder. The 2 weeks I was there was a horrendous experience, all of the money I paid to stay there should be refunded to me do to the experience. Please Stay Away

Everything is decent, well maintained property, friendly staff, good location, not many similar options in this area, besides high-end resorts.However, after being here for 5 consecutive days, I have some sort of skin irritation, as in bug bites in various locations in my torso, which appear to be infected, requiring a visit to dermatologist for treatment, antibiotic, or immediate procedure... So this review will be updated soon with the outcome.
