This company has no customer service at all the lady at the front desk is very rude and the people who prepare taxes are very rude and they don’t know how to do taxes do not use this company at all

WARNING as we go into tax season - I used EE Tax for 2022 tax but prior years I used an independent accountant but she retired. EE Tax used to be owned/operated by Earl Glenn who was great, but unfortunately passed away. Clearly the new owner Dinah Martin knows this and capitalizes on this. There are just some people that do their job enough to get by and those that actually are conscientious and excel at what they do - THIS IS NOT DINAH MARTIN. I met with her for about 20 minutes for consultation - so some issues with her way of doing business no secure uploading of documents - she wants them emailed. In this era of technology and the sensitive nature surprising that she does not have this better situated. To make a long story short, when my taxes were completed I went to their office to sign and expected to sit and review - no. Well that was a BIG mistake she did not include a second source of income and more money was owed. There were multiple mistakes for Federal & State filings she did - and the one thing we all know is you don't want issues with the IRS. I was not going to post this but just obviously not use EE Tax again - but just yesterday received letter from IRS with money owed. DO NOT USE DINAH MARTIN if you are hoping to have an accurate account with the IRS and this was on Federal & State level.

Been coming here past three years and CONSISTENTLY professional, always on time with a good attitude.After reading last (very few) bad reviews, I’ve realized personally that most of the people complaining are mad cause of factors that don’t involve EE.Like bro, you’re mad cause the bank didn’t open the drive through at 9? How is it the EE tax fault? Lol.Great place, genuinely good people.They take pride in their work.

The bank opens at 9:00, but they don’t open drive thru until they feel like it. Some of us need to do drive thru, and don’t feel like being held hostage by lazy employees.

I have been going to EE Tax for 27 years and have had excellent service as well as good advice. There was a time Earl Glenn had to help with an issue with IRS because a former employer had filed money they paid me improperly. I gave Earl power of attorney and he was correct, IRS excused me from paying the money (which was a lot!). My most recent visit this week I received excellent advice from Dinah. Thank you E E Tax!

I went to EE Tax Two years ago for the first time with a lot of back taxes. They were accommodating and fast. They answered all my questions because I'm not knowledgeable when it comes to this. They couldn't be nicer. I want again and the process is so fast and easy I would recommend this company to anyone!

Earl is wonderful. It has been 10 years I have come to his place to do my taxes. He is very friendly and is interested in a personal level. I would recommend anyone to Earl. Very trustworthy place. Thank you for all of your help 😊
