I used to love this salon; Deborah is a great tech, I traveled a lot further from my house to see her because she is excellent at pedicures. They last longer than others I've had, too. But the upselling and not TELLING you that you'll be charged more until the end is absurd. I expected a $37 Pedi but she "added" paraffin because she said my feet were dry, then presented me with a $51 bill!! Absolutely ridiculous. This was after making me wait 18 minutes PAST by scheduled time, with no apology or 'thanks for waiting.' Terrible customer service. Won't return.

The manicure turned out well, but they have a guy doing them that has a huge, very obvious wart on the finger that was touching mine the whole time? Incredibly disappointing, putting all your customers at risk when you can just wear gloves like the pedicure lady did !

I love this place! The ladies and occasional man are great. They are hard workers, do a nice job, and are friendly, especially when you get to know them.

Tracy at Diva Nails DC Ranch is absolutely wonderful! I have been seeing her for my pedicures regularly for over a year!

First time in, I was given a gift card and so glad I tried it! Deborah did a great job on my pedicure, not too rough with the tools (which often happens elsewhere) and perfect polish job! I look forward to returning in a few weeks for my next pedi. Cute place and quite busy, which was nice to see!

Have been going to Diva Nails in DC Ranch for a couple years. Amber had been recommended and I saw her exclusively until recently when I saw Andy. Andy is the man! He is so nice and pays attention to details. He easily takes 15 min longer to do the manicure which I am happy to sit through to get the quality of manicure he provides

This is not my normal nail salon but I have been here several times over the years when I’m in town. The staff is very friendly, the facility is very nice and the message chairs are great! I got a gel pedicure and a dip manicure, both look great!

Not happy that I went into get a Dip Manicure and they used a Gel topcoat instead of doing the Dip process. Immediately my nails started peeling....went in to get a couple of fingers redone and the gel polish is peeling again. Diva: If you are going to cut costs and time by doing this, then lower your prices. I am paying for a DIP manicure for a reason....so it lasts!

Came in today on a whim because the salon I was heading to, canceled on me. SO glad I did. I got a pedicure with Jennifer and it was hands down one of the best I have had. Everyone was super welcoming and Jennifer even thanked me multiple times for coming in. Unlike other salons in the area, they haven't upped their prices and I felt it was very reasonable. My toes look amazing and will return!

I have been to this place a couple times as a walk in basis . This last time I went in I needed a single nail fixed that I broke. They would not accommodate me as I seen people available . They were not friendly and wasn’t going to accommodate me cause they were not making any money off me . It’s a shame a business acts like this . Previous to this visit the lady at the front acted snobby as well when I went in for a pedicure. Jennifer did my pedicure previous and did absolutely amazing job! She was sweet and friendly . Unfortunately, this will be my last time going to this establishment. . There are lots of nail salons in the area, please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else !!!!!

Son went to have eyebrows waxed and came home with burns. Owner is unresponsive when asked for specific information regarding tech who did the eyebrows. To this day, 9 days later they still have not healed. May have scars forever. Would never go back and would encourage others to beware. Would post pictures if had option.Service: Waxing
