Horrible service they refuse to sell me a tire and never gave a wait time. Ended up calling a different discount tire with a much friendly staff.

Came to this place when I got a flat, super friendly staff however the service wasn’t great. I had 1 tire replaced along with the and didn’t get the warranty, this tire only lasted about a week until it went flat again. All the other tires were fine. On top of that, they said they needed to replace my lug nuts which they did. When I picked up my car my dirty hubcaps were sitting on the back seat and I was missing 2 air valves on the tires. When I came back to get the tire replaced I was charged fully for a new tire and was informed they couldn’t put my hub caps on because of the lug nuts they put on. I don’t think I’ll be coming here again.

When we went in, air checks were promptly done, and customer service at this store is top-notch!

Discount tire Grayhawk is awesome. Robert took good care of me. Very nice and knowledgeable. Would recommend to anyone looking to get new tires.

Life long discount tire customer and I wanted to share a little love from my most recent experience. I had the pleasure of working with Chance and his service is second to none. He was able to prevent a large problem for me, service was extremely quick and his communication throughout the process was fantastic! I couldn’t ask for anything more. Future GM in the making with a work ethic and communication skills like his.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE MANAGER!
Sebastian at Scottsdale Grayhawk Discount Tire was extremely rude to my family today. We decided to take our business elsewhere and pay a little more, which I was glad to give my business to another tire company.
Beware, they will try and sell you something that you don’t need while being very rude to woman and families! They will try and hold your car hostage so you don’t have a choice but to buy from them.
I went in for a patch on ONE tire, they tried to sell me four tires, which I didn’t need.
Then said I needed to keep my car there for 4 days until they receive the tire.
A mom with two kids, I asked them to put my spare on in the meantime so I can head home and they said I did not have a spare LOL ! I did have a spare that I had to bring to their attention and then they decided to put my spare on. Very rude, amongst other things they said to us.
Not sure if they were having a bad day or what but I found some place else to go.
We will never be going there ever again and will GLADLY pay a little more going some place else, which I’ve already done.
They lost another customer…..

NEVER AGAIN! Horrible service followed up by many lies. Sebastian at the Grayhawk in Scottsdale Discount Tire is terrible and extremely rude to females and their families. I will never go to this Discount Tire ever again and will GLADLY pay a little more to go someplace else, which I’ve already done! They lost another customer.

TALK ABOUT OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE .. headed to important meeting in Gilbert, tire pressure alert, pulled into Discount Tire North Scottsdale ~ Chase & Chance both on their game, addressed issue faster than I thought possible !! Wow customer service hasn't died, thank you for the experience, won't go to any other tire as l9ng as there's a Discount in the neighborhood ☆☆☆☆☆☆ Jimmy Johnson

I genuinely believe they dented my wife's car. I was the 4th person through the door for my 8 AM appointment, but I was probably the 15th car out of the shop. The woman who was 5th in line (behind me) said "I hope they get to you soon," as she was leaving. The dent could've occurred in the parking lot since the car was there so long, or it could've happened in the shop. I pointed it out to the person who brought out the car, & had him note it on the paperwork, but how do you prove something like that?

Amazing service! Chase has an amazing team dedicated to a high level of customer service. Issac met me at the car and got it right in. I purchased my tires online and they were in stock ready to install. I shared my busy schedule with him and he made the tire swap like a professional pit crew. They got me to my next event with a little time to spare. Thank you guys! See ya next time!

Went in to check tire pressure on one off my duals, they checked it. No leaks.
When they returned the truck 2 hours later,… yes I waited at store. They said psi was reading incorrect but truck would reset itself after being driven, so off I go…. Truck does not reset itself so I take it to dealer because obviously it’s a sensor problem BUT NOOOO, truck should have psi of 80 No 2TIRES READ THE SAME 1 WAS AT 42 ! The rest from 64-81!!
So here I sit at the dealership for another 2 hours while they fix the INCOMPETENCE at DISCOUNT TIRE

They consistently damage wheels -
The guys working the front are nice and knowledgeable, but they keep damaging my wheels.
Second time where I've had to document shotty work and carelessness now from 2 different locations. On a more recent occasion, I got new tires installed. It rolls up with the seating lube flung all over each tire and wheel. That's how it was given back to me. They also messed up the balance on the rear tire and gave a solid vibration above 50mph. I came back to get a rebalance and they fixed it. Great. However, they left a beautiful scratch right on the refurbished wheel. Thanks for damaging my wheel again.
