The owner gave me a very fair price for my wedding ring set and was honest and kind. He and his associate were professional and polite and offered me a water while I waited. Definitely a nice place to sell your no longer needed valuables.

I went in to see if someone could measure my ring size (for a ring I am getting elsewhere with my mother's ashes.) Even though I wasn't buying anything at Diamonds & Beyond, Dan was very kind, courteous and friendly and helped me out with no charge or expectation to buy anything. In fact, when I came in they were just getting ready to close the store and he kept it open so he could give me a ring size. I am very appreciative and took a handful of cards to recommend the store to the people I work with.I am very impressed!

My friend and I were casually browsing and the owner, Dan, spent time chatting with us and made us feel welcomed and valued as potential customers. Even though we did not buy anything, Dan's kindness and sincerity will definitely keep us coming back!
