Purchased a moving coil cartridge. Was treated very well. They made sure that my purchase was going to match with the equipment I was using. I asked a lot of questions and was given answers that were reasonable. Thank you for your help.

I was at Dedicated Audio and spent some time with Dan and his family. I have gone to audio stores since college and I'm .... much older now and this is the best buying experience I have ever had. No rush, no pressure, great products and Dan was awesome. And it is a true family business the kind we need to support. I bought a amplifier and speakers and when I got home I decided to buy a turntable from them. Because I wanted to support this business. I totally agree with the three previous review, just a amazing experience.

I had a great experience with Dedicated Audio when I bought a CD player from the company over the internet. They patiently consulted with me by phone about what I was looking for and made thoughtful, informed suggestions -- helping me find a unit that worked well with my system and my budget. They then sent me the CD player promptly, in a secure triple box. Alas, when it arrived, it was defective and would skip no matter what CD I played. I called them about the problem and they sincerely apologized for the hassle. As it turns out, they did not have a replacement in stock for the unit I bought, but they worked with me to select a different brand. In fact, they helped me upgrade to an even nicer CD player with only a modest price leap. And they sent out the new CD player immediately, even before I had sent back the defective unit. I was very pleased with the new unit and how they handled what could have been an annoying situation. I’ll be buying more gear from this knowledgeable and friendly company.

Dedicated Audio has undoubtedly the best customer service and product knowledge of any store I've shopped at lately. I'd recommend them to anyone! Quick turnaround on orders and very efficient. You cant ask for better.

Ordered from here online. It said they had the product in stock, but they didn’t and had to order it. I eventually decided to cancel the order, but When trying to cancel it, I was unable to get in touch with anyone, neither through email or phone. They just stopped responding and wouldn’t call me back. I had to file a chargeback through my credit card company for a refund. Very disappointing, I’ll never shop here again.

I have a busted Dynaudio tweeter, neither Dynaudio or Dedicated Audio have no customer service, I need to replace the dome on a tweeter for my Focus 260 and no service after sale! Do not purchase anything from this shop, that’s 3 months ago..!

Dedicated Audio is an amazing home audio shop. Daniel and his team will bend over backwards to do whatever it takes to solve your audio problems. I always feel right at home in his shop and he goes above and beyond to explain the products and how they work together to make incredible sounding music. No matter what your budget Dedicated Audio will take the time to understand your needs. I highly recommend giving them a call if you love listening to music and are in the market for anything Hi-Fi related.

I think that buying high-end audio equipment is a lot like buying diamonds; unless you yourself are an authority on the subject you stand a good chance of pissing away too much money on an inferior product. I feel fortunate to have met Dan; owner of Dedicated Audio. Both he and Matt were extremely patient with my questions and ultimately guided me to the ideal option for my needs. So perfect that I bought a second piece today. Excellent service and competitive pricing from a family owned business...do yourself a favor and check them out.
