Gifted such a beautiful experience with Sinai and Karen! Not only did I leave with a beautiful addition to my collection; I felt humanized and truly taken gentle care of. I also was taught a bit of finger biology. I will be back to shop with these two fine jewelry experts very soon.

This review is in particular for the great service I have received from Sinai Urbieta, one of the Brand Ambassador's at the DY Scottsdale location. I bought a ring of the renaissance collection for my wife in January while I was on a work trip (I live in Austin). Sinai was super friendly, helpful and patient while I tried to narrow down which of the many rings I would buy. For whatever reason, soon after I gave the ring to my wife, she had a strong allergic reaction to it (it is nickel free of course but still caused issues). I emailed DY customer service first, with pictures and all they said was to clean the ring (keeping in mind at that point we only had it for about a month and she never had issues with her rings). They also recommended to go to a local DY store to get it professionally cleaned. We made it to the local Austin DY store and the sales person there was incredibly rude and condescending. He explained to us that this happened to him a lot as well and that she just needs to clean the ring and take all the rings off at night including her wedding ring which she had stacked with the new DY ring. What kind of a recommendation is that? Who takes off their wedding ring? At this point I was ready to give up on DY for being rude and incompetent but I remembered how much I loved the service and support I had received from Sinai when I bought the ring. So, as a last attempt I emailed her and described the situation. I was so upset since it was a 10 year anniversary gift that my wife now couldn't wear. Sinai was AMAZING. She got back to me within less than a day and said that she spoke the one of the store managers and that they would make an exception and exchange the ring. I was to emotionally touched and happy, you can't imagine. We ended up upgrading to a much bigger ring ;) and my wife and I are so so happy. I was about to give up on the brand and my trust was restored. Thank you Sinai and DY Scottsdale for being so helpful and great human beings. A happy, new Customer!

I love DY & the jewelry. I shop the Miami & Scottsdale location. I did not have a good experience at all with the staff, like many of the previous reviews. Store Manager, Karen, should be in a different position. She is not management caliber, loud, overbearing & its unbecoming of a high end brand.. She, unfortunately, doesn't treat the customers with respect at all.

I originally stopped in to look at wedding bands for my fiancé. While he was being helped, I decided to look at the wedding collection for women. Christian was so accommodating to both of us, his follow up was great and we both ended up buying our rings here. I was having sizing issues and Amy, the assistant manager, was so sweet and helpful in making sure the ring fit and I had it in enough time for the wedding. Thank you Amy & Christian!

Some of the employees regularly fail to greet, acknowledge or assist customers. Perhaps it stems from the culture of the store, lack of training and/or an unwillingness to multitask. Today I waited to pick up one order and make an additional purchase as at least one employee missed multiple opportunities to acknowledge my presence. Even low-wage drugstore employees manage to greet customers while attending to other tasks.

I love David yurman but this store is garbage. Took in a bracelet to be repaired. The associate acted very put out that he had to help a customer. Told me I would be contacted in about 2 weeks with what repairs would be done. It's been 4 weeks and no one can give me a straight answer. This is ridiculous.
