Knowledgeable technicians, always helpful, always prompt and always courteous. I have several high end road bikes and I don't trust anyone else with my bikes but them. It is my bike shop.

Friendly, not pretentious like some bike shops in town. Turned separate bike maintenance submissions in 24-48 Hrs. My Cervelo's are my babies. They took good care of them. They called me to explain what they had found as the root cause and the fix before proceeding. Will go back.
