Do not visit the nurse in the Scottsdale CVS on Shea and N Scottsdale road. I was really sick with fever. I came here to avoid wait times at the urgent care. This was far worse. The lady before me was very frustrated too. This nurse was with a man for almost an hour. And they are scheduling appts every 20 mins. To top it, after waiting for 30 mins the nurse asked me to leave if I want to. The nurse does all the work. They are under staffed. AVOID and just go to an urgent care.

Incredibly awful experience. The incredibly young/inexperienced pharmacist on duty was a complete narcissist. After he filled a prescription, I was then informed they would NOT take GoodRx because the insurance reimbursement was a lot higher (about $120 more for 30 day supply). After discussing it with him, he tried to make the point they only charge more for those with insurance because they want to deter them from getting prescriptions and not appearing to filling more than a “quota.” Although, he did agree, if I was uninsured, they would take the $120 off and use GoodRx. He’s right, I’ll never use CVS again and it will reduce their output. I would’ve taken the script back, but I’m going out of town for 2 weeks on business and needed it filled. What a joke, shame on you CVS.
Your job as pharmacist is to FILL prescriptions that DOCTORS order. Not, to discriminate based on those with insurance or try to control the amount prescribed with monetary policy by pumping up drug cost and refusing to take Discoint cards. Again, shame on you CVS. Do better.

If you want service about home health aides, FORGET IT!!! Disconnects, hang ups, and no schedule info for the one person who's in charge of it. ridiculous!!!

This CVS has a plumbing problem that has gone off and on for the last two years. The public restroom is frequently closed due to plumbing problems. When I was in there last week, the whole store smelled like sewage.

I use the store at Scottsdale Road and Shea frequently. Elaine was amazing this week. She helped with a glitch that I was having with the care pass and was absolutely terrific. Thanks Elaine

This is one of the best pharmacies I've ever been to, and I've been to A LOT of them! Every employee I talked to was incredibly kind and helpful, and I actually felt welcomed (Unlike at Walgreens, where they just try to get you to leave as quickly as possible). I am definitely going to the CVS from now on! This is my new pharmacy. :) and it was so clean and organized and they had a way better selection than any pharmacy I've been to before! . I just want to say I am so grateful to the night staff and pharmacy techs who helped me because I was having a bad day and it really turned around right then. You guys are so sweet. ?

I have had someone mark my refill as picked up when I had only refilled it, causing me to have to wait a week to pick it up. I have been told to give them a week notice to get a prescription ready despite it being a controlled substance and I cannot request a refill a week early so I have to go a week without medication. I have had several pharmacists who are unprofessional, rude, and don't really care about the "patients" who need these medications. Honestly I have switched back to Walgreens and just using GoodRx instead of dealing with the utter incompetence of this place. Specific shout out to Josh Mudd, he's been specifically a nightmare to deal with.

The pharmacist Josh at this store is amazing! My mom and special needs sister recently moved here from Illinois. We went to cvs in Illinois and have never been treated with such compassion. We are both on new insurance and Josh was so patient getting us set up in the system out here. It's nice to work with someone who obviously truly enjoys his job!

I hate to say it because I normally don't comment on this type of stuff, but I used the restroom at this pharmacy last week and it looked like it had never been cleaned before. The bathroom was so dirty, the toilets were covered in bodily fluids, and the ground looked like it had never been mopped. The sad part is this was right next to the pharmacy, which is concerning.

This store rarely has items in stock. Allows lines of customers while other employees are standing around. This is why people order from Amazon...this place!

Went to this place to buy a hat because I forgot my hat at home and I was next door doing the delivery and let me tell you the customer service was amazing. All the ladies who worked here were so nice and helpful good job ladies. AAA+
