Worst CVS I have ever been to. Prescription is never ready even when I refill it over the phone and I end up having to wait hours or even days to pick something up. They let prescriptions expire without contacting the patient. It's like they blatantly ignore their customers needs. Switching pharmacies for good.

Got diagnosed with COvid and physician wanted me started on anti-viral right away. The team at cvs had my prescription ready before I could drive the 5 minutes to the store! Wow. Best service ever at a pharmacy. They were pleasant and professional.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The Pharmacy team are some of the rudest people I’ve ever come an across. How this place is still on business blows my mind. It’s unfortunate that they feel the need treat people this way. They almost seem to enjoy being this mean and think it is funny.

If you can go to a different CVS just do it. This one allows random petitioners to set up tables inside their first set of doors so every time you go pick up prescriptions you get haggled by them. “ just a quick minute of your time ma’am” every time you enter and exit. it’s really annoying and uncomfortable because sometimes they’re aggressive.

Worst store experience ever.. older lady kept following me around the store as soon as I walk in. I ignore it. I proceed to buy a bottle of wine, she then asks for my bday, which is odd already but I tell her anyway. Then picks up the ID I laid on the counter and questions my name, and says "if that's really your name" and I'm like, "it sure is" but still checks out the bottle of wine for me? I'm almost 30 lol it was just a really rude and awkward experience that could've been handled a lot more professionally.I just moved here and had never experienced such odd behavior.

Pharmacist Caitlin Osborn is the best I have seen in a CVS pharmacy or entire store. We had a problem where we were charged for our vaccines and had to pay out of pocket when they were covered by insurance. Caitlin figured out the problem a corrected it for us within minutes. She is an asset to the company's. Give her a pay raise.

just sent this to cvs corporate, thought I'd share here too."I NEVER go out of my way to complain about customer service workers being that I've been doing it all my life, however, this store, specifically Sandra, needs re-trained. Pretended to help me just to con me into joining the new Extracare program with a fancy "$10 off your purchase, and you can cancel it easily & right away". This would have been fine if she at least cared to explain any detail besides that.I dont plan on canceling my card after all because I have cameras I'd like to get developed from you guys, and I honestly have always loved CVS, but when I called the store to inquire about how to obtain my EC number (it's difficult to locate on the receipt with the asterisks' and other#s.) Well, Sandra answered, and it just wasn't pleasant, I told her I need my number and I was having a hard time, and she just interrupted me by saying I have to call customer service. so much for "easy&right away"Had she helped me correctly in the first place I would not be here writing this."

Most likely the worst CVS I've ever been to. Reported the rude service I received from Dave the store manager. He was reported to corporate. If you must go to a CVS I would highly recommend going to the CVS in Scottsdale on Indian School. Much cleaner, brighter, and far better service!

Melinda in pharmacy hung up on me when I asked her to send prescriptions to another location. I understand all pharmacies are busy. But there is absolutely no reason to provide HORRIBLE RUDE customer service. Transfer to Walgreens immediately. Where everyone is treated with respect and common courtesy

Unless you are using the pharmacy avoid this store like the plague that is. I tried to get good Customer Service but even with multiple staff on duty including a “Mis”manager the 1 employee who couldn’t assist although she did try to explain the difference between software and hardware in between her eating chips then using the touch screen monitor… I could go on but I just left, do yourself a favor and go 1 mile South on Hayden to Walgreens. Again this review does not include the Pharmacy staff/services.

SHAME ON CVS for selling prescription drugs to everyone, including the elderly, who don't know the difference, who are on fixed incomes, at prices 500% higher than over the counter prices. (Depending on their insurance.) Dr's will write prescriptions for over the counter drugs. CVS should be required by law to inform customers when their prescription prices vastly exceed the over the counter prices! CVS tries to blame the insurance companies, but they are part of the problem.
