Tracy, the lady with curly red hair (I see there are other reviews about her rude behavior on here too!) was standing behind the checkout counter, and I needed help returning an item. I walked up to the counter, and Tracy looked at me with an attitude and said, "What." She did not say hello, or how can I help you, like a normal person. She looked at me as if I was annoying her, and said, "What" - as in, 'What do you want.' Then, she proceeded to adjust the sign that said, 'This lane is closed', in order to bring it to my attention. She was the only person at the register to help me, so I set aside her extremely rude behavior for a moment, and said, 'I need to return a item." She said very rudely, "Only if you have a receipt." I said, "Yes, I have the receipt on my phone." She refused to even look at me or say one thing respectful at all as she finished the return. I had two other small items that I needed to purchase while I stood at the counter, and rather than helping me checkout, she disregarded me, turned her back on me, and started tapping on a handheld device, forcing me to pick up my things and move to self-checkout. She never said please, or thank you, or how can I help you, or have a nice day, like a normal cashier. Instead, she was completely rude, dismissive, and disrespectful. It gets worse: I was so bothered by this interaction, as I had done absolutely nothing to deserve to be treated this way! I decided to take time out of my day to call the store and tell someone how I had been treated. I asked to speak to a manager, and to my surprise, Tracy answered! Wait, she is the *manager* and she treated me this way??? After telling my story to Tracy, she told me that I was lying (??), that she could check the cameras to prove I was lying (by all means! Please check the cameras!!), and then she told me not to 'show up in her store again', and hung up on me! Yes, she hung up on me, and told me not to go back to her store because I dared complain about her obscenely rude behavior. This woman is a manager??? Wow. How embarrassing for you. It was positively the worst experience I have ever had at CVS, and was the worst experience I've ever had with a cashier at any store, ever.

Tracy was literally the rudest ever…. Set up moneygran online, go to store to pay… She insisted we had to go through the whole process again to get a reference number we already had. So we listened to her and went through the process to get a new reference number. Sure enough it was already in the system. Umm hello? If you are going to offer MoneyGram please educate your employees. Tried to hide her name tag and lied about being the store manager. Isnt that the point of having a nametag? Buh-bye Tracy

They're supposed to close at midnight and I'm here 10 minutes before midnight and they already are closed and ignoring me. Whoever is managing this place should lose their job. Hey corporate people at cvs: this location is giving me all a bad name. I'm now about to head over to Walgreens call Mom which I probably will do from now on.
They have a sign on the front of their store that says respect works here. How about respecting other people's time? Closing early is disrespectful of anybody's time who comes out here needing something and then is unable to get what they need and has to go somewhere else. I feel very disrespected right now by cvs.

I purchased an Apple gift card for $150.00. After trying to use it I was told there was a zero balance. CVS refused to do anything about it. Beware.

Pharm Hours clearly posted ALL over the website and store: closed 1:30-2 pm for lunch daily. Arriving at 1:18pm, and pharm is closed. CVS, don’t have guidelines visible, period. Just have a hand drawn sign that says, “Out to lunch whenever we randomly feel like” Wish I could make up rules at my job…

I ve. Been shopping at CVS for a long time maybe 10 years...they have the drinks and everything you even consider emergency...the sales people are considerate..they even think of someone riding the bus which is rare and now it is one of my favorite places to get technical help..

This store refused to honor a coupon that I received a few days ago with my rewards phone number. They kept saying it didn’t match the phone number on my account. LILLIAN didn’t ask my name or anything else. Instead of giving me fair customer service cashier LILLIAN treated me like I was stealing coupons and trying to pull one over on them.

Thank you for consistently being here for me. Getting vaccines, picking up medication, correcting messed up prescriptions, and catching medication that shouldn't be taken together.

Refused to sell me insulin syringes because I am not American….by law you don’t even need to show your id or prescription for syringes. Racist.

Closed 10 minutes early & lady with curly red hair refused to let us in, claiming they were closed. Frustrating to waste gas to drive out for a quick in-and-out purchase. There were multiple of us waiting outside to be let in & she walked away from us rather than unlocking the door. Very frustrating.

Associates are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They always greet you and offer assistance as you enter the store. The store is clean, well stocked, easy to navigate and you can't beat the prices, coupons and rewards.

Miguel is the most caring employee I’ve ever met. He doesn’t just do his job he genuinely cares about helping customers. Every time I see him helping someone, it’s clear how kind he is. Miguel is the kind of employee every company dreams of having. He’s a great person, and the world would be better with more people like him. Thanks, CVS, for having such awesome staff, and I hope Miguel gets the recognition he deserves for his fantastic service.
