Nicest employees, both in Pharmacy and in store. Drive-through Pharmacy is super helpful and their prescription delivery service is a lifesaver if you’re not feeling well. Staff is always smiling and friendly! Also the CVS photo app is amazing - prints are ready in an hour to send off to family. ?

Whoever the African American guy ( I don’t know his name) that works the registers is god awful. He is rude, makes it feel like I’m wasting his time and has no customer service skills. This is the second time I’ve been in and this has happened.

Thought I was going to have to pay several hundred dollars but they double checked my insurance and it came back $0 copay. Very grateful for the customer service and going the extra mile for me

This is my favorite nearby CVS pharmacy. They efficiently fill my prescriptions and take care of issues when they come up. I have received different vaccines here as well. I did have an issue come up recently with my $2k prescription being defective and the manufacturer not providing a replacement.Laura was able to get me a new prescription instead of waiting month and that meant no time lost in my treatment. I appreciate it very much!

Extremely aggressive manager Nick openly yelled at customers over a simple coupon issue that could've been fixed with straight forward professional behavior. Do not go near this CVS.

Never yell at a customer and always remember it’s first come first serve in the pharmacy drive thru lane. Just because YOU don’t know how to use Good RX in place of my insurance doesn’t mean I have to go to the back of the line. Kudos to the pharmacy employee who saw what occurred and intervened. That was pretty darn rude.

Last night I needed to pick up a prescription that was ready and waiting. I arrived at the pharmacy drive thru at 7:45 pm, with one other vehicle ahead of mine.It appeared as though the person in the vehicle ahead of mine was making general store purchases as she spent a significant amount of time talking with the pharmacy employee, while she was intermittently handed fully stuffed CVS bags.At 8:05 pm, now with two other cars behind mine, the vehicle ahead drove away while the Pharmacy window protection screen was rolled down, indicating the Pharmacy was now closed.I pulled up and knocked on the window. No answer.I then went into the store and made my presence known at the Pharmacy desk. I informed the employee that I had waited 20 minutes, and just needed to pick up a prescription.His reply to me was that he needed to get going and he couldn’t make the one other person ahead of me go faster.I find this whole incident completely unprofessional and unacceptable!!!!

Pharmacist was very helpful. Gentleman in the check out area of the pharmacy area was more concerned about his lunch break than taking care of customers. I was told that I couldn't use a coupon because it would take to long. If I had to use it I would have to wait for 1 hour until lunch was over. Terrible attitude terrible customer service!

I love this pharmacy. I'm a frequent customer and I love the way the pharmacy staff remembers my name and always greets me when I come in. The pharmacy staff is very helpful and have aided me in securing all of my medications for a month long out of country visit. When my cat urgently needed a prescription inhaler the pharmacist filled the prescription as soon as possible. I have been a customer for at least ten years and I am very happy with the people and the service I've received.
