PHOTO PRINTING.I printed 31 4x6 photos from my recent vacation with my girlfriend here. DSLR quality. All of them. And the print quality was 1 out of 10 stars. Blurry, Oversaturated, Wrong Tones (example pink was showing as Purple). I’ve never seen such a poor printing quality before in my life. Not from Costco, Not Target, Not Walgreens. Last week I printed at Walgreens for my passport photos and the prints were fine. Then I checked online and it seems SEVERAL people have had issues with CVS photo print quality. Not just this location but nationwide. Do not go here if you are trying to print photos. The printing machine that they have is either not calibrated or is a poor quality. Can’t believe this happened and we are literally in the year 2023. Waste of time.Aside from that issue. I’ve been here plenty of times and it’s your typical drugstore/pharmacy I’ve never had any issues with any other services before today. So this review is first for those looking to print photos here. Everything else here was fine for me. Have a great day folks.

Originally had an issue with the UPS Access Point at this location, but Mary helped find the package and get everything sorted. She was super friendly and helpful, THANK YOU!

I had an awesome customer experience with Elizabeth this past Sunday. She was working the register and was very courteous, patient and pleasant. Honestly she was probably the friendliest, nicest customer service rep I've interacted with in a store all year. She was so nice and really helped make my experience in the store a great one. Those jobs are not easy, dealing with people all day, but she was fantastic. I'm grateful I got to meet her.

It's no wonder this place has many one stars. I went to drop off items for ups "access point" and the guy worker tells me " I can't guarantee your items are going to be safe here, they won't be picked up until Monday, you might want to take them to the UPS store down the street." That's exact what I'm doing now.

I don't quite think it's a good policy when you go to return an item at a CVS but it's not the exact location you bought the item from so they tell you to drive all the way to the location you bought it from to do the return which I don't believe is even the truth for I've returned at different locations before in The past that I hadn't bought the item from. They should have a sign then that says if you will need to return anything make sure it's the store you bought it from. CVS is CVS just like Macys is Macys and Marshalls's is Marshall's !!!!! So am wasting gas driving to another CVS to return this measly item !!!!

Make sure you bring your vaccine card to get a booster. For some reason they cannot retrieve your last shot record even though they provided it? I don't know but got the feeling I didn't belong there or was not welcome there, so I will not return there.

Prescriptions never on time. They never answer their phone. Terrible customer service. Said they would get my Rx done in an hour and was told I would get a text when to pickup, and they never texted and now I find out they just closed at 6. I expressed the necessity to have Rx tonight. Will be giving Walgreens my business after I (hopefully) pick up my prescription in the morning.

My husband went to get our prescriptions yesterday and the person who was helping him was cussing up a storm, f'ing this and f'ing that, f*** this place and so on. He then stated he was giving his 2 week notice. I would think this was a one time thing, but we've had nothing but problems getting anything filled here. The time before, my husband went to get the prescriptions, they weren't ready, they hadn't ordered one though we had put in the request and called a week earlier, had to talk to the pharmacist directly who told us he would order, a few days later we called and it wasn't ordered yet. Another employee was cussing up a storm, also using the F word, talking about how bad the store is on a previous trip to get an RX. There's something seriously wrong at this location.

this is the worst place to fill your prescriptions ever. I had to get a prescription transferred to another CVS and it was the worst. I was on hold for half an hour, and the other store had to call on the doctors line, wait 10 minutes, and then call the front desk to get them to even answer their phones (from the doctor line!). Never have my prescriptions ready when they are sent, and I have had to ask for them to re-fill them the right way on multiple times. If my insurance let me go anywhere else, I would never step foot in here again.

I overheard the planning of horrible customer service by 4 CVS pharmacy employees. I was picking up scrips 2 minutes before close inside the store... because the drive through is closed when it should be open because they are "understaffed" at all times, but that is another story... so while standing there, the phone rings. One tech says to the others "let it ring" and another said "pick up and hang up since it's almost closing", and they all laughed and ignored the customer call. That is no way to service customers... especially when dealing with peoples medications and health care. The corporate culture at CVS is HORRIBLE and clearly has no accountability.

RUDE & INPATIENT PHARMACY TECHNICIAN!!!I went to this CVS location to get my second dose of Pfizer vaccine. I called the CVS customer service and I was referred to this location since it was accepting walk-ins.When I stopped at the vaccination check in window, the "REDHEAD" pharmacy technician asked me what I needed. I explained that I need to get my second dose of Pfizer and prepared to give this *lady* my insurance card. What followed next was totally unexpected and shocking to me:- Who sent you over here?- I called the CVS customer service and they told me that your location had a Pfizer vaccine and was accepting walk-ins.- Did you speak with an actual pharmacy representative of this location?! - did not stop the Redhead and I could almost see the steam of anger coming out of her ears.- I called CVS customer service and ....- We are super understaffed! We can not take you in today. You need to book an actual appointment and we have them available tomorrow! - the Redhead's demenoir expressed both despise and disgust with the fact that I dared to stop by at their location without an appointment being booked.Absolutely terrible customer service and I did NOT see a single patient in line.I understand that CVS customer service connected me with someone in the call center in India who had no clue about local pharmacy's staffing issues, however, POOR MANNERS is the reason the REDHEAD will not get ahead in life.I went to Fry's at 8900 E Via Linda and had a five star customer service experience! Shop FRY's and refill your prescriptions at FRY's, folks!

Worst pharmacy experience ever....I had awesome staff at my CVS pharmacy in Vegas...this was a trainwreck...even after stopping into the location after cryptic texts on 3 scripts my doc sent thru..they weren't sure I needed to fill them..I said yes fill them and I'll pick up in a.m...2.5 hrs later they still never filled them..so what if I show up at opening? I get to wait 20 more minutes for them to fill it....and one was antibiotic for an infection which I get to suffer another night and another script is showing double the normal cost I've paid before with it...

Horrible people. Cancelled an appointment by text at short notice (2 hours) and when I called to sort it out I got bounced around 5 times, each time they just put to some robot system to start again. No one cared, they just read their script and did not have any idea or want to help. And they didn’t want to make it right, just wanted to add me to the back of the line as if it was me who cancelled. I think I will keep away from CVS.

This pharmacy is impossible to get a hold of every single time I’ve tried to call. I have tried multiple times on different days. We moved into the neighborhood recently and i need to call to have my meds transferred. I have been driving to the other cvs which is 15 minutes out of my way instead of bothering with this cvs because i don’t want to wait for 45 min for someone to answer. They need to figure out a better system.

Sadly they are horribly understaffed so generally have been patient when picking up for family member. However, today while the only one in line they still hadn't managed to fill the prescription and for five minutes ignored the phone saying there was one call waiting. Seriously? Yesterday they interrupted the person trying to help me so three other customers walked out before she did what I was waiting on.
