Been going here for 4 years. And they are great! I drive 20 minutes each way just to work out here.

One of the best CrossFit communities in the valley. The owners are very engaged and set the tone for fitness in the gym. FNL was well organized, and the energy was great! 💪👍😁

My wife and I dropped into 25.1, to get a score since we were on vacation to the area. The coaches couldn't have been more awesome. They assigned us both a judge, who constantly cheered for us and encouraged us through the workout. This is definitely a place I would drop into again or join if I lived close.
