“I first joined Credit Union West when it was Luke Federal Credit Union and it was on Luke Air Force Base and was for Federal Employees only. That was back in 1971-72 when I first came home from VietNam and I bought my first car through them, a 1969 Roadrunner. I have had some money difficulties throughout the years and had to drop CUW but as you see I keep coming back. Through the years they have moved from a little wooden building on Luke Air Force Base to Offices throughout the Phoenix Area. Whenever I need anything I go to Kierland and speak with Victoria who is very knowledgeable of the CUW policies and she without a doubt has personal interest in her everyday dealings with the public. She is very cordial and as I had mentioned very Knowledgeable.Thank Victoria for your help and your knowledge, you are a great asset to the Kierland office. “I am not sure why there are some negative reviews as to the customer service, but my experience couldn't have been better!The moment I walked in the door, Ann greeted me with a smile and asked if she could help me. After explaining what I needed, she then referred me to Genevieve. In the meantime, Ann and I had a wonderful conversation! Then Genevieve proceeded to help me with a complicated situation, which could have potentially been extremely stressful, except that she was so kind, compassionate, and professional, that I couldn't have had a better experience!On a sidenote, Desert Financial, could you please award your employees annually, instead of bi-annually? When I asked her about her Lucite numeral 1, Genevieve explained to me that she had actually been there two years, and was close to getting her three year award, which will be a Lucite 3. I didn't understand, where was the 2? I was told they are only given out every two years. Are you flipping kidding me? Come on Desert Financial, award your excellent employees annually! I would personally pay for a 2 for Genevieve, and if it comes down to 4 years, I will gladly pay for that one! People like Genevieve and Ann, and I'm sure there are others, are why I didn't close my accounts and leave Desert Financial!”
