This people answering the phone calls for this company is terrible. I imagine the up management is just as bad. They don't deserve 1 star.

These people are absolutely incompetent. Their website integration was a disaster and good luck talking to anyone that’s more than a script reader. If you have any other option than Concord, take it!

They no longer work for a shady customer, still have the account, can open it, still report to my FICO Score & can’t fix it. Stop reporting incorrect information!
