Breakfast was nice with sausage, eggs, potatoes and the usual stuff. Great location to alot of events in Scottsdale, right off the 101. Only complaint, we had to ask housekeeping. We left for about 2hrs and the housekeeping were in the hall. Got back and the room still wasn't refreshed. We had to ask for new towels. The soap is about the size of a fifty-cent piece. So bring your own.Rooms: We stayed in the multi-bed room. It was enough space for 5 with 2Qs and 1 Double Sofa bed. No balcony.Nearby activities: Great Wolf Lodge was down the street. Pop/Stroke Golf, shares the parking lot with the hotel. Staybridge hotel is also across the parking lot. Plenty of foodie places within driving. Pop/Stroke has a bar and music. Butterfly Land and the Scottsdale boardwalk are a 10min drive.Walkability: we didn't walkFood & drinks: close by

My husband and I celebrated our 31st Wedding Anniversary in Scottsdale, AZ. This is our second year staying at Comfort Suites Talking Stick. Everyone was so kind, all the staff extremely professional and the General Manager Eric is the best! The rooms are clean, spacious, quiet and comfy. Great wifi and the housekeeping staff is attentive and polite. The location is just off the 101, and you have easy access to everything and we felt totally safe. We'll be back next year to celebrate our 32nd. Cornell & Shannon Phillips!

The room is large .. it is very clean .. but what took the night .. was the attention of Mrs. Cassey Ecxelente person .. Very attentive .. and smiling .. I loved the attention ... this was on my arrival .. it was very effective and fast, they gave us the room .. and respected my reservation ... thank you very much ..At the check out .. We were attended by Erick ... a great person ... very attentive and kind ... I really liked the service and attention. 100% I recommend it. I really liked it .. if I come back .. I really appreciate the people who work here. Thanks

This is a newer hotel in a great location. The rooms are spacious, there is plenty of restaurants, shopping, and things to do within walking distance. Most employees were friendly and accommodating. They serve a hot breakfast spread, free Wi-Fi and parking and the pool was clean and relaxing. I asked for a top floor room with a view and they absolutely delivered. I would highly recommend when your in Scottsdale!

This hotel is modern and clean.Breakfast is nice in the morning but beware of staying in any of the rooms that face the front of the Hotel. There's a Putt Putt and party place across the parking lot and they run loud Thumping Music all night long, past midnight on the weekends.Thump thump thump thump. If you can't stay on the back side of the hotel, I'd try for another place.Thump thump thump thump!It's seriously as loud as an outdoor dance club.Rooms: Rooms are clean. Tech friendly (USB ports and TV with HDMI connects).Nearby activities: Putt Putt and party place across the parking lot is super loud in the evening. Thumping Music all evening.Noteworthy details: Has electric EV chargers in the back. Super quick and easy to use.

Do not stay at this hotel unless you enjoy being pummeled awake at 10pm with the impromptu and previously undisclosed firework extravaganza that goes off from nearby Talking Stick. I was staying with a veteran who would have greatly appreciated being forewarned that after falling asleep he would be tortured through several long rounds of fireworks. They sound exactly like artillery shells and we were not warned *at all*. Had we been informed we would have made alternate arrangements or at the very least not been terrified.I am all for people having the right to celebrate but this was unacceptable. On a random Friday, to have a huge spectacle.Nearby activities: Fireworks going off randomly at night with no warning. Great for the kids, not so much for veterans with PTSD or pets.

I am sad to give this hotel a 2/5 rating, as I loved the room and the location! The front desk man, Eric, was amazing, as was the room and the location - close to Talking Stick casino and plenty of fun shops and restaurants! However, the real problem was the staff - all but Eric were rude and not helpful. We received NO housekeeping, even after this service being promised, as we stayed 4 nights. We called to report this and ask about why we received no houeskeeping and a very rude, older woman who works at the front desk rudely informed me that they were supposed to but the hotel was "very busy right now" - no apologies and then she had the nerve to ask me not to come down right away to receive supplies like towels, as they were s busy! If the general manager is reading this, pls contact me, as I am wondering why this level of unprofessionalism exists!? We would have stayed again had she simply said "What can I do to make your stay awesome?" - Thanks, Cassy

The rooms are absolutely disgusting. When we arrived There was stains on the pillows, hair all over the bathroom, crumbs on the couch and floor, food left in the fridge and stuff under the bed. The only thing they did was made the bed before we come. Even when room serves came they still only made the bed.

Ive stayed here twice, once in 2022 and again at the end of 2023. The first time I stayed they had everything I could ask for, and by the second time all I noticed were considerable improvements on already exceptional service. Furthermore, even though there was a year between both visits, one of the front desk employees remembered me! I will always come back to this hotel, and recommend it to everyone.This hotel does breakfast and has a gym/laundry/mini store/coffee/pool/computer with printer. Target and restaurants are within easy walking distance.

Lots of road noise from nearby highway, also noise from adjacent rooms. No maid service unless you stay 3 days. Insufficent parking for the size of the motel. Breakfast was good. Excellent coffee.

Just had my first single-night stay of several this season here, and I'm glad I'll be coming back. The A/C was cold, TV/Internet was all I needed it to be, shower was hot and decent pressure. Breakfast was hot, as promised, though I would have loved some tortillas to make tacos.Staff was friendly, and Eric took good care of me the only times I needed to go to the desk for anything.I didn't try the gym, or pool, etc. but looked like others really enjoyed these.

Great customer service, kind and helpful, breakfast was surprisingly enjoyable definitely worth a try, pool was nice temperature, rooms were comfortable. We had come in town for a celebration of life and were met with no problems at all when it came to where to stay which was helpful.

Planned to stay for 3 nights, but stayed 5 because my wife got COVID! So glad we were in this new and comfortable hotel. We asked the staff not to enter the room, they were helpful replacing the towels and removing the trash we left outside. Everything was great about this hotel- rooms, breakfast, staff. There numerous reasonably priced (4 hours are free)) EV charging stations. And the rate was reasonable compared to similar quality hotels in the area.

I stayed for nine day and really felt comfortable and safe. The staff were amazing and ready to help at anytime. The breakfast in the morning was so good and so many choices.
