My daughter took my car here earlier today. I had her get the platinum wash, for $39. They gave her a $10 discount which is why I gave it two stars. She said when she got into the car, nothing was cleaned inside. When she got home, I looked for myself and she might as well just driven it through the express wash. No one vacuumed this car. No one cleaned the door frames. I mean basic car wash etiquette. What did we pay for? I pay monthly for the unlimited express washes and it seems like I’m not missing anything.

Octavia Long helped me beyond way beyond her job discription. I couldnt beleive what an amazing employee you have there and she smiled the biggest smile the whole experienceThis women made my week.Not only that but the card wouldnt swip over and over after a lot of patience she got it!!!Thank you guys for octavia I will be coming here from now so will be coming back ..Sincerly Nicole Dexheimer

Got a free coupon in the mail as we live near here. Good service, good car wash, and the staff was laid back, no sales tactics or sales pressure to buy or upgrade anything, which is always appreciated!

Quick shout out for Service Manager Kyle for quickly responding and correcting a few minor issues with a detail. He is a patient listener who values input from his customers. He is a valuable asset that makes a huge difference for his customers no matter the issue. One such issue was locating my cell phone which I had mistakenly placed in the detail center. After searching for 20 long minutes he located my phone and embarrassing so it was right where I left it. Kudos Kyle for being a PRO and making a difference. Well done Sir!!!

The last three times I was there I had a problem with my unlimited pass twice they had me go inside and they had to rectify it, but never really explain to what the problem was. My trip back today was the same thing however, Michael Jones the service advisor took care of it on the spot without sending me inside to sort it out. Needless to say, it had been frustrating but Micheal resolved quickly and efficiently. The unlimited pass is well worth the money.

Do not sign up for a car wash subscription. They will not cancel it or return phone calls. Unethical business practices.

I have been going to this location for about a year now, purchasing two packs of hand car washes (regularly $79 each). Unfortunately, the service level has gone way downhill since my first experiences here. The last two times I have gone in for a hand wash, my car sat in the tunnel untouched (with no cars ahead of it for hand washes) waiting for an employee for at least 15 minutes each time. The first time, I brought it to an employee’s attention and he radioed the detail crew (who do the hand washes) and told me that they were “not aware my car was sitting there waiting for them”. I figured it was a “one-off” experience. However, I was there yesterday and the same thing happened. Since this was the second time of this happening in a row, I mentioned it to three separate employees (two inside employees and one of the “Quality Control” employees outside) who all indicated that the detail crew was working on it, even though I sat there watching my car left untouched in the tunnel through the windows. The GM was present yesterday and one of the employees mentioned it to him, but he did nothing to address the issue. Finally, I spoke with a 4th employee (another “Quality Control” employee) and the detail crew started work on my car. Several visits ago, they also upsold me on an interior seat wipe down/dash and trim shine. My interior was left with shiny streaks across the dash and interior trim (doors, center console, etc.) It had obviously been applied in a hurry and was not worth the $40 charge. Yesterday, my express hand wash took over 40 minutes to complete – left untouched for 15 of those minutes. In the end, waiting this long for an express hand wash is not convenient and the $79 regular price is definitely not worth paying. There are local mobile detail companies who will come to me and hand wash it for $80, which seems to be more valuable than waiting around for someone to start washing my car. I will not be returning as there are better hand wash options that are not a waste of time. Skip this place and try somewhere else if you value your time…and money ?
