You can guarantee after you hold for 30 min and finally get someone, you will then Get hung up on/disconnected within the first couple minutes. Don’t expect a call back. Just get back on the phone and hold another 30 min to an hour.

READ THE FINE PRINT. I have been so disappointed by our “warranty”. The dealership recommended saying this company was great but our experience has been anything but! Purchased to safeguard against major mechanical issues and when faced with an overheating engine that took the dealership 3 days to diagnose we were denied saying it was a “maintenance issue” (it clearly wasn’t). After hours on the phone both our dealership and CNA admitted that it wasn’t a maintenance issue but still denied coverage due to a technicality in the contract: “we don’t cover hoses”. We contested the denial and CNA said that even in the case of catastrophic failure of the engine, if it was a hose that failed (even if it ran through the center of the engine) they wouldn’t cover the issue. This seems to be an absolute scam of a warranty!

Erin Shaw helped me today and her customer service was beyond words. Super helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. When you’re already dealing with the headache of car troubles it was nice to have someone like her who was not only pleasant, but super helpful!Thank you!

My check engine light came on in my car. Took it to Kia dealership and they said I needed a new transmission. So we call CNA warranty and they say ok we will send a transmission. The first one they send is bad. We went without a rental during this process. One was not offered to us! So now they are sending another transmission so another how ever many days that takes. We did finally have to ask for a rental but of course they won’t cover the cost of the entire rental I still had to pay the difference. And now they won’t extend the rental past the 7 days even though I am still without my car! If the first transmission wasn’t bad to begin with I wouldn’t have needed to extend the warranty. The customer service and delays are absolutely horrible! Now I’m completely carless because of their screw up! This is the worst warranty company ever!

Called about my warranty reimbursement once I sold my truck. The dealer sold their business. So I called CNA. They answered asked what happened... Put me on hold and never came back. BBB complaint incoming. They take the money and run....

Absolute garbage!! Don’t put your faith in These guys they’ll leave you high and dry. Refused to authorize a contract covered expense unless we paid to tear the engine down to determine cause of head gasket failure, with no guarantee of subsequent coverage. Non-starter. Better no warranty at all than CNA. $3000 premium lost plus cost of repair. They dragged of out for a month then laughed out loud when I got upset for getting defrauded.

I don’t normally do reviews but I had to w/ the customer service I just received. The customer service is terrible ! If you work in customer service, your job is to listen & be helpful. As someone who works in customer service I understand all days won’t be the best but I don’t allow that to dictate my attitude towards a caller. The reps name was either Ronnie or Robbie in customer service for claims. She cut me off multiple times while trying to explain the situation, she had a bad attitude & was just overall rude! How you are with customer service plays a big part & this was bad representation. If I could have rated 0 stars, I would!

We bought a 2016 Nissan Titan XD and opted for a CNA warranty from the dealership. Within the initial 6 months, the fuel pump malfunctioned, and despite confirming coverage beforehand, we discovered that aftermarket parts weren't covered. We ended up having to pay for that repair out of pocket. Later, the dealership informed us of a leaking EGR Cooler, an essential part related to a federally mandated EGR system, the EGR valve is covered by CNA but the Cooler that comes with the EGR is not. Surprisingly, CNA refused coverage, and we had to foot the bill again. The warranty's exclusions, especially regarding emissions systems, rendered it useless. Frustrated by these experiences, we canceled the warranty, having paid for repairs almost equivalent to the cost of the warranty. Our encounters with CNA have been far from satisfactory.

Over sell coverage, then deny claims. Look up there BBB score then shop elsewhere. Poor customer service.
