Great place, complementary towels to dry your vehicle is the best!

I visited the Raceway Express Car Wash this morning, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The entire process started off badly, with a stalled line that left me waiting for about 10 minutes (EXPRESS IS IN THE NAME). There were 3 cars in front of me and 2 more in the other lane, all of us stuck with no option to move forward or leave. The staff member, Ryon, appeared completely unconcerned with the growing line or the frustrated drivers behind me, some of whom peeled out of the line to go elsewhere. Unfortunately, I was blocked in and had no choice but to wait.
When I was finally let into the car wash, things did not improve. The vacuum in the first stall I pulled into was broken, just hanging there unusable. I moved to another stall, only to find that the vacuum there had minimal suction, and the air hose to dry off the car wasn’t working at all. To top it off, when I tried to get a complimentary towel to wipe off the water, there were no clean ones available. I ended up having to use a dirty towel left behind by another customer.
I've been to other Raceway Express locations around the valley and have always had a great experience, but this visit was disappointing on multiple levels. The service was lacking, the equipment was poorly maintained, and overall, it did not meet the standards I've come to expect from this company. I hope these issues are addressed promptly. Simple car wash. I thought their monthly subscription was expensive. I don't really wah my car that much. Good vacuums, good towels, and good air compression, wide parking lot. The parking lot was also clean. The salesman was very nice and cordial.

I love this car wash. I always have a great experience. MarQuis is very helpful and and going above and beyond. I recommend Spreedway Express Car Wash off of Scottsdale and McKellips

This place loves to rip off seniors by asking for their email and then signing them up for a subscription they never asked for and refusing to refund their money.

Impressed with how efficient and easy it is to use the services here. I have the monthly pass and really like how quick and clean my car is washed. I’ve yet to encounter any issue or concerns regarding the service and I like the convenience of it all. Can’t ask for more! Thanks you guys.

Your employee signed me up for a membership and told me it would cancel automatically (showed me the expiration date on the receipt). The membership did not cancel automatically, you charged me, and would not give me a refund.
