I will not be going this circle k any longer. I want to speak with a district manager. On more than occasion I have heard and seen a employee berate customers and her co workers. I choose to speak up today after I witnessed a incident with a father and his young son being spoken to very loudly and rudely. After trying to speak with this person she choose to raise voice to myself and a friend. I will drive the extra 2 blocks to another circle k.

Absolutely horrible customer service I called because I didn’t get home with one of my purchase items and I called them to let them know what happened and they hung up on me 4 times I will never ever go there again absolutely the worst customer service I would rather pay double than to ever purchase at this location again and I’ve talked to the employees as I’ve been a long time customer and they have nothing good to say about this business understaffed and under paid just a bad business

The 1 lady working there @7am on Sunday am was FANTASTIC, she gets 10stars, but later the same day I go back at 5pm and the 2 "employees " in there were Unfortunately the Exact Opposite of her and how customer service people are Supposed to behave, Especially the male 1, ignoring Everyone even his coworker!

I have lost count of the number of times I walked to this store, only for it to be closed temporarily. It's always indicated with un-professional signage too. It happened just now, the sign said "25 minutes for bathroom break"It happened last week too during a storm; the sign said "closed due to storm"I know I'm probably being petty, and this place is probably understaffed, but I just finally had to say something in hopes that this can hopefully be corrected.

Stopped in for gas and sodas with my kids the other day. They had Eminem playing over the loud speakers at a decently loud level dropping F-bombs and the like repeatedly. After making a comment to the cashier about it probably not being the most family friendly choice of music, he pretty much told me it wasn't his problem because he didn't have kids. So now I know.

Vic is not good at his job. Circle K isn’t known for their high quality employees but this guy Vic is unbelievably terrible at what he is doing. I hope someone at Circle K reads this and can do something about this guy. He did not listen to a word that I said when I was cashing in a lotto ticket and then tried to blame me for not being “specific enough” I waited at the register for quite some time before even being helped and then when he did “help” me, he got things wrong. I’m done going to this location.
