Least convenient convenience store, and only on I've had the employees verbally attack me, in the surrounding area after a year of experience. The employees literally waste everyone's time by supervising a single SELF SERVICE register while their regular register sits. I like QT's because they are quick and efficient, secondly I like Circle K's because they frequently have self service machines that lets me get in and out without having to stand behind the person buying lotto tickets, smokes, or the older person that struggles with and does not want to use, or for me to specifically bypass the chitchat. While I do not and should not have to explain, the desire for efficiency is due to disability that is exacerbated by standing still. Specifically tonight, the employee got indignant because she perceived I was ignoring her, when the issue was she wasn't listening. I responded to her niceties, quietly, because my disabilities make voice amplification difficult. As I was politely explaining that I did respond, but that she'd just likely not heard me due to my quietness like I am so used to explaining, I was cut off to be accused of treating her like her ex-husband, who ignored her too. I didn't complain standing in line as this employee, who seem kinda amped up on something - her speech quick.... wired - had conversations that didn't really seem wanted by customers. I did bounce and move around as I waited to help my heart, I did stare off into space in thought as I kept waiting and waiting. I wasn't rude. I just wanted my salty snacks to help my combat my disability, not to have this disrespectful conversation and interaction, coincidentally at a self service station.

My mother, husband and I stopped at this store for chips and beer, Michelle the night cashier was extremely rude and violent towards them, she kicked them out literally only because my husband had a US work permit as an ID, which we would understand if she wasnt allowed to accept it but she refused to sell my mother chips, and yelled at them to get out. I go in the store (I am 8 months pregnant) and she refused to sell me chips and kicked me out as well, throwing papers at me and acting violently causing unecessary stress for no reason. She was racist as soon as she noticed they didnt speak english fully and that is unacceptable. Videos will be posted if this is not addressed correctly.

This particular gas station is filthy with overflowing trash cans, employees that are too busy to work as they are holding the door open so they can smoke their vapes while watching the store.

I play the win.circlek.com web based game regularly for several years. It's one of the few good things about Circle K. A company who's local monopoly of Phoenix area gas stations allows them to set an elevated gas price point as the standard in the Valley. (I miss independent gas stations that set a price based on location and actual varying market rate fuel prices. But, back to my story.) I stopped in today to claim my latest two free prizes. The free energy drink code came off as it should. However, for some reason the free soda bar code was not recognized. This has happened before with the prizes and the employees have always been kind and friendly. The employee verified the prize on my phone and rang up the prize. Unfortunately tonight man named George was working. He instead implied I should throw out the large fountain soda, because the prize code wasn't working. I left frustrated because the prize codes have a time limit once redeemed. Therefore, this free soda prize was gone once I left the store. The most irritating part was that on many occasions in the past the generally friendly Circle K employees are able to give an occasional free fountain soda to customers. Yet George preferred me to throw out the sofa. This store recently added a self checkout kiosk. If George is an example of the quality of the newly hired employees, I understand why. The self checkout kiosk is more friendly.

Never left a review on anything before but Michelle, the late night cashier is the nicest kindest I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with late night at any location. Upbeat, and a pleasure.

Horrible service let's call it ST or Slow Trip as after 10 min and just 3 people in from of me I left and dropped my items. I get it they can only afford 1 worker but the system in place sucks. I'll drive to QT next time as they know how to ring you up and get you out.

This has always been one of the cleanest, inside store, as well as outside. Never had a problem with staff or anything purchased.

A tremendous amount of people pulling up, turning off their cars and walking up to locked doors, including my son and I. You'd think they would have some common sense and extend enough courtesy to put a sign out. Especially when it's 110 degrees. People were ticked. Great job.
