Circle K really seems to attract a lot of transients and they don't do a very good job of getting rid of them. Getting gas you're nearly always approached for a handout. Restrooms are only available in nice communities while QT always has their restrooms open. Often they say "they're out of order" which is a lie. I know they don't want to clean them, I get it. Hire someone who just goes to each circle k to clean them instead of having cashiers responsible.

This place is gross. In general, Circle K are not great places but this place is the worst Circle K. A few days ago was my last trip. Very dirty, sticky floors, soda machines were gross, and it smelled so bad I had to get out. Do not go.

was not pleased one bit been going to Circle K for my every day multiple times a day even before I started driving full time in sales. The employee behind the counter needs to be taught how to deal with the public. I've been in customer service 20 years in a rough industry. This is a simple job anybody could do it. It doesn't take brains to be a gas station attendant. Management in this industry yes, but not with this young lady does One thing should be focused is how to talk to customers. was not a pleasant experience.The way she asked for my ID and then didn't hand it back to me really irritated me at somebody's identification. You don't just leave that on the counter closer to the register for me to have to reach over to grab it.I was pulled up to the pump to fill up my tank, but decided to drive to the other location.

The only two times I've ever been here, BOTH times, their POS system was down and no one could buy anything. These were instances that were one or two weeks apart. Very weird. I go to Circle K often and this is the only one that has had repeat issues like this. There's something wrong here not sure why this is happening exactly but it feels very incompetent and absurd. After two tries decided I will never go back.

Worst customer service and employees who work at this gas station. I went in to buy a pack of cigarettes and I noticed that the lady who worked there 01/27/2023 at 1000 hrs gave me the wrong brand and worse, the pack was even opened! I came back to have it exchanged and guess what the cashier said “You already left the store so I cannot exchange the opened pack” I wasn’t even out of the store for more than a minute and I noticed the pack was wrong and opened when I got inside my car. She even accused me of lying and said that I opened the pack of cigarettes!!! These kind of employees needs to get fired and shouldn’t be working in a customer relations field! Her attitude is unacceptable!!!!

the young man who works during the day was very aggravated and was talking very rudely to an elderly man who was struggling to walk and when i walked up to get cash back for he raised his voice at me and said don’t ever do that again and then proceeded to throw my cash at me and i didn’t get a receipt. I’m tempted to go back and tell him he doesn’t have to work there, it’s just crazy to me how there can be many people complaining about him in the reviews and he’s still not fired.

Horrible service I asked if they had Coors light bottles and I could see some behind the coolers and I got told no and then got asked to leave the store because I asked about the ones that where clearly seen in the back ha ha ha what a joke

Cash only at the time customer service was lacking a bit but it was alright for a conscience store.

Most Circle K’s are very good but this particular location the young guy that works there during the day hours is very obnoxious with the way that he says things he has no respect for anyone that is older and you can tell that he’s a complete lib That again I stress has no respect for customers or anyone older and doesn’t know how to answer people whenever you ask if they have a restroomThen I asked him for a receipt he couldn’t do that for me eitherI will make sure they never stop at that store ever again

Real cute Moises trying to embarrass a customer by telling them they’re $8 will only get them to the next pump. I was simply trying to explain that I’ve been in the station once before (after a gas truck) and the gas I pumped didn’t actually go into my vehicle. The pump had to be reset. My needle didn’t register as quickly as it usually does THIS TIME and I know that $8 will give me 45 miles on my car (more than enough to get from work to home in Tempe where I can hit my usual Sam's club for cheaper gas). I wasn’t demanding Moises give me free gas, I was requesting my receipt because I wasn’t sure if the same situation with the pump had happened again. He would not even let me speak and continued to talk over me and state “I’m not resetting the pump.” Nobody asked you to and if he would be quiet for 5 seconds and let somebody speak maybe he would understand what a person is trying to relay instead of trying to embarrass a person. Good help is hard to find, yet you have people like that that think they can treat people any kind of way. Disgusting and I won’t be back.

It's a f****** Circle K. The floors are gross, the counters are sticky the bathroom is crazy suspect, but they have one thing that makes it worthwhile and that a cool a** worker named Kandy (spelling is probably wrong) friendly, hard working and just genuine.
