So far every doctor I’ve met with has been judgmental and not helpful at all. They always have doctors leaving so you will frequently see a new doctor. First DR Ronaldo Luanzon was very rude and judgmental. Didn’t want to listen to anything I was saying, making unnecessary comments and facial expressions. Then this same thing just happened with DR Sanah Ali. Everything I requested was turned down and her telling me I didn’t have symptoms that I was clearly having. I would know since I’m the person having the symptoms. I guess she figured I was lying.

At some point, this organization became a corporate healthcare machine. There's no direct number to your doctor, no direct number to the lab, no direct number to anything. You have to call a call-center who probably doesn't know the answer to your question, but will tell you something anyway, to get you off the line. This is not a comment on the physicians or caregivers, or rather on the corporation they work for.

I live across the street and it took me a month to get my blood drawn. Completely understaffed obviously. I can't even schedule a virtual appointment for 1 month out. Stay away from this place if you really care about your health. They are awful!

Dr. Paul Ingraham was AWESOME! He was patient, he took his time, he was very thorough….and i have a lot of things wrong with me lol. His staff was AMAZING, very friendly and funny! I felt at ease! Thank you!!

I can't say enough great things about Evernorth (Cigna). My doctor is amazing, the nurse practitioners, pharmacy and front office are some of the best and friendly people you'll ever meet. I have have 5 years coming here and I would never go anywhere else.

GOOD BYE CIGNA / EVERNORTH !!!I'M VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE DECLINE OF SERVICE IN THE PAST YEARS.CALL CENTER ??? WHAT A NIGHTMARE AND WHAT A WAIST OF MONEY!!! WHEN I ARRIVED FOR AN APPOINTMENT THEY HAVE PEOPLE THERE THAT CAN ANSWER CALLS. APPARENTLY THEY'RE JUST TOO BUSY OR TO D*** TO MULTI TASK. WHEN THEY'RE NOT SITTING AROUND CHATTING.IF I HAD AN IMPORTANT QUESTION OR NEEDED TO GET A MESSAGE TO MY DOCTOR, I USUALLY WOULDN'T GET A RESPONSE UNTIL 2, 3, 5, DAYS OR A WEEK LATER.AT MY LAST APPOINTMENT, THE NP ACTUALLY HAD THE BALLS TO ASK ME SEVERAL TIMES, TO GIVE HER A GREAT SCORE ON THE SERVEY !!!IM SO GLAD I FINALLY DROPPED THEM !

good bye cigna / evernorth !!!i'm very disappointed with the decline of service in the past years.call center ??? what a nightmare and what a waist of money!!! when i arrived for an appointment they have people there that can answer calls. apparently they're just too busy to multi task. when they're not sitting around chatting.if i had an important question or needed to get a message to my doctor, i usually wouldn't get a response until 2, 3, 5, days or a week later.at my last appointment, the np actually had the balls to ask me several times, to give her a great score on the servey !!!im so glad i dropped finally dropped them.

I am happy with my primary care doc Dr. Ingraham, he is great. However, to schedule an appointment for lab tests or or ask questions, expect it to take an hour of your time. They have one general phone number and the access to care is not easy by phone. They take 50-60 minutes for a call back. You might even be disconnected before you finish your conversation. Access online is mostly for your primary care doc so good luck with any other needs. This plan does not provide for easy access.

I have lived in Arizona almost five years now. When I first got here I went a little doctor shopping to establish a relationship with a primary. Until now, I never ended up establishing a primary and would just use urgent care as my health provider. Dr. Callicutt is literally the first ( here) and best ( ever) I have had the pleasure of working with. She's kind, she's thorough, she's nonjudgmental, she cares and puts in many hours JUST on me to help me find a solution to my very complex and convoluted health issues. She's determined to get to the bottom of it and doesn't upcharge me on irrelevant tests. She is sensitive about my finances and just makes things work. This lady gets things done and is very determined and resilient. Process of elimination, and when one thing is ruled out, she already has a plan for our next move. For the first time ever, I feel like I'm not alone in my unfortunate health problems. I have someone that I respect and admire walking with me every step of the way. Thank you so much dr. Callicutt you are so appreciated.
