“What can I say, I needed pants; they had pants. This store features some of the exact same items you see online, with the added convenience of being able to try them on. The men's selection is restricted to only about 20% of the store. Staff were very nice and helpful.”
“Been here twice so far, and both times we found cool socks for the whole family. Perfect as a little souvenir, and their choice ranges from NFL/MBL/NBA (and possibly NHL?) socks to art-inspired designs and just funny socks. Very well sorted and very friendly staff.”

Today I found myself in a world of delight at Vineyard Vines. I was greeted by a young man named Zachary who provided the utmost level of customer service. I was walked through the store and educated on the craftsmanship of the pieces. The service was truly delightful. The presentation of the merchandise was truly spectacular with elaborate Christmas displays and decorations. There is no doubt I will be back for more.”

“A group of friends and I visited Arizona for the first time and decided to go to the mall to help a friend pick out her birthday gift . Peyton greeted us with the biggest smile when we arrived. He was super friendly and was very patient with my friend who was trying on robes. He never got frustrated and was very accommodating by running in and out to the back room to get different sizes for her. She ended up changing her mind and buying shoes instead, but Peyton maintained great customer service the entire time. I had my eye on a particular bag the entire time but opted out of getting it. Peyton knew this because he was very attentive! Before I knew it, Peyton came out of the back with the most beautiful bag. I couldn't resist! I had to get it! He wrapped it up so beautifully, it looked like a professional wrapping company did it. Unfortunately it was too big to take as carry-on on the plane but Peyton stepped right in and offered to ship it. My bag will be delivered in a couple of days! Peytons customer service, outgoing personality, and attentiveness is unmatched! When we come back to Arizona will definitely be visiting this store again!”
“I just had the best shopping experience that I’ve probably ever had at the Athleta store in kierland commons. All of the women working were middle aged, like myself, and I felt so comfortable in the fitting rooms. They ladies were so helpful, kind and knowledgeable. They knew exactly what to recommend for my body type and were spot on with sizing! I will absolutely be shopping again at this location!”
