Since Covid there's no way to reach a human at this branch by phone. One must get into their system, give one's account number, and make an appointment: we showed up today for our 1pm appointment for a 5 minute long service (a notary for one signature), after having had to make the appointment several days out because of their schedule issues. We did it at an inconvenient time because that was the only time their notary had available. We were early and waited till the appointment time before asking if anyone was present to help us. When we finally got details, the person who had the appointment with us was sitting with other customers and expected to take at least another 20 minutes... I get that they were opening an account but could someone have mentioned it to the people standing in their lobby? Could they have checked their schedule and assigned our issue to someone else or assigned the new account information to someone else? Certainly they could have done better. I left and got the notarizing done elsewhere. If chase keeps offering services like this, they could certainly do better, either go back to letting us walk in without an appointment and knowing we'd have to wait, or at least having any human (of the several working there at the time) to either answer a telephone or at least check to see if there are people waiting for service who haven't been waited on at all. Do better.

Lovely customer service! Christine D. was very helpful and friendly. Made my transaction simple and easy. Even helped me in resetting my pin#. Will definitely be making this my new home branch! ? Thanks Christine for being such a wonderful person to work with!

Simply horrible customer service. Most of the employees have absolutely no knowledge of bank policyChase Private Banking is beyond a joke.....again no customer serviceI always go to other Chase Banks for service

What separates any business apart from others is it’s employees and customer satisfaction. Every employee I have had the pleasure of interacting with at this particular branch has gone out of their way to be helpful and kind. There is one employee in particular that has gone above and beyond every time I’ve had a problem. She gets to the root of it and figures out a solution without hesitation. She is nothing short of amazing. Thank you, Desiree Y. You are truly the best

Bank closed our account without warning and reason, causing returned checks to vendors and humiliation to Director . Avoid Chase Bank!

I love doing all my business banking at this Chase branch. Christian, one of the private client banker's, is more than accommodating and is a great guy to work with. I've never even written a review for a bank before, but this one really stands out because of the customer service experience there. Ask for Christian and you always be taken care of!
