I have always had excellent service from this bank from the second I walk in the door, I am greeted and helped right away. Kristina Sai with private banking was so helpful and went above and beyond to help my mom and I after my father passed away. She has always given us excellent customer service. The proactive support and efficiency she demonstrated to help us is very much appreciated. We are so grateful we met her and have Chase as our bank.

We came in just before closing after a soccer game and needed a notary. Remington was gracious enough to get it done even though they closed in 1 minute. The teller was friendly as well. Great customer service. Thank again!

Went through the drive thru to make a deposit and withdraw and it was a absolute fiasco. They had my ID and bank card and said they needed to send me a code that I had to get back to them for them to give me the withdraw I never got the code so wasted about 20 minutes of my time today not cool at all

The Vice President and manager of this branch is rude and has no passion for banking or people. Save yourself the aggravation and go to another location if you need more than a ATM.

Stopped in to do a little banking and the facility was quiet, clean, and very welcoming. The best part was Marsha. She was friendly, knowledgable, and just on point with her style and smile. Great customer service and pleasant experience. Thanks a bunch Marsha, keep up the incredible work and tell them to give you a raise! You deserve it!

First time at this branch. We walked in and was immediately greeted by Daniel. He assisted us with all our transactions and was professional and pleasant. Will be our go-to branch from here on.

0/5 - Avoid this place if all possible if you actually need anything but an ATM. Rude staff that go out of there way to not help you. Was told to sit down and wait for a "banker" while two other "bankers" chatted with other employees while one sat behind his desk playing on his phone. After waiting 30 minutes, we walked out of the door. This is why local branches should be closed.

Service was great, Omar really helped me with my business credit card options and application. As well as other business services.
Coming from an IT background, I noticed that every time we have to use the computer inside the branch, it takes forever. I even heard a clicking noise coming out of the computer (indicates a very old hard drive). I was a bit disappointed to see such poor IT in a great bank!
