The atm here stole $1000 out of $1800 I was depositing. I didn’t think it would be an issue but this happened in May 2023 and after several very long conversations, chase has only given me back $200 of the $1000 it stole from me. Chase bank is now a thief in my mind and stole $800 from me. This shows what is happening to this bank and what we can expect in the near future. Protect your money and never trust the atm here and the people of Chase bank. Thieves!

Tanner was able to help me receive more cash from my paycheck i was trying to cash out when my funding was to low on my account to receive the amount I needed, he was able to give me enough cash back so I could pay my aps bill. I appreciate that he went up and over to accommodate my need.

Can't get a hold of anyone by calling. Stupid automated system keeps telling you that no one is available and to call back. So you have to go through the automated system each time and get the same result. Annoying.

Tanner is so great I hope he's there forever. Service is so great. I drive past other branches to get to this one even for the ATM but especially for Tanner who is so nice to old people like me

We needed some papers notarized this week, and used the Chase branch in Gold Canyon. Jordan was our guy, and he was friendly, knowledgeable, and he hope to see him again! Thank you Jordan!

Conveniently located in McCormick Ranch in the Paseo Village Shopping center area, this Chase Bank has two drive through windows and two outdoor ATMs, one near the entrance and one in the drive through. You will need an appointment booked in advance to open a checking or savings account. They are under staffed, so there is always a wait. Please click ? if this was helpful.
