Unfortunately - I need to also write a bad review about this location.. I used to work with Zach.. he was great to work with .. Now there is a new manager Rayan.. She has no clue how to run a bank.. The service levels have gone way down... It truly is very disappointing considering I bank with one of the largest banks in the USA.... I'm sorry to have to give this review but when I noticed I wouldn't be the only one.. I realize change may be in order and everyone's experience should be shared...

Had an appt scheduled - was told the financial banker went to lunch and would be back. After sitting there over 20 min, I left. Aren’t appointments for a reason? And who goes to lunch knowing they have one scheduled and doesn’t get back on time? Extremely unprofessional

Very difficult to get into the drive through banking. We went around the block a few times and couldn't find how to get in. Finally parked and walked over. Busy area and lots of traffic.

Best personnel I have met in a long time: professional, friendly, kind, and concerned. Far different from the incompetency of USBank and the attitude of Wells Fargo personnel, especially middle managements. They broke their own rule a bit and provided me with what I needed: customer before and above going-by-the book. Thank you.

This Scottsdale Main location for Chase fits well in Old Town Scottsdale. I understand the building was actually located somewhere else and moved to this location. The bank employees have always been friendly and helpful. There plenty of free parking, a walk up ATM on the main building and drive up ATM located in the parking area.

I want to personally thank Tevin Lovett for all of his help today. I needed bank statements printed out for my divorce which had to be turned in today. Even though he was busy, he made sure to take the time and get them printed out for me. Thank you so much Tevin!!! This guy deserves a raise in pay!!!

The staff is rude and unhelpful. They had a more employees than customers standing around but they send me away because they had no one to open a new account

I have been with Chase since it was Valley Bank 50 years ago. I tried to set up a portfolio and an investment banker almost got me to empty my entire savings into an annuity. He knew i had a visual impairment and never explained annuity was, only said "product"was a new "product chase was offering."Fortunately i can read and knew an annuity was before turning over every penny i owned. Shame on you JP Morgan

A mixed bag of service- the tellers here are very helpful but the fact that the branch does not answer the phone is hard to process. These days a customer rarely needs to visit the branch, so when I did visit and found out I needed an appointment to see a banker(which cannot be scheduled with a phone call) my wasted trip left me feeling way less attached to Chase. Been a customer for many years and my loyalty is waning.

Nicole the teller has to be the best employee chase has ever hired. She always provides fast service, correct information, and has a pleasant attitude every time I go in to this branch.The rest of the staff including the bankers are completely lost. Andrew to be specific doesn't know how to relay basic business account information which has caused me a HUGE inconvenience. Such a sad person to have on the team.
