I worked with Michelle at Chapman Ford and she was AMAZING. I had been shopping for a new truck for months. I test drove a Tundra, Ram, and a couple of F150's at various dealerships. When I met her, I felt comfortable, and felt that she "got" me. She helped me through an emotional purchase and I am so grateful to have her on my side. Also, I got a Ford F150 for my Mattress business and did my first delivery today in it... worked like a champ!! LOVE LOVE LOVE

Their quick lane mechanics have always done me justice for maintenance, but I have to leave 3 stars because of the sales department. Long story short, they pulled a deal because I wanted them to honor the sale price online(the price they should have given me in the first place), a $3k difference. Unfortunate because I thought they were actually a good dealership all around, and would have been one of few if so.Edit after below response on 11:7 from management... that is so far from the truth I'm changing my review to 1 star. Unbelievable you'd even response with such lies, and you know I have proof to show it. The deal was all within the same month, in fact within the same 24 hours, and the sales rep offered me the same deal the next day, then literally pulled the deal 20 minutes later when I sent him the online price $3k cheaper than the "great deal" you gave me. The price you should have given me in the first place, but that's the type of shady stuff dealerships do. What a joke.

I have brought in my 2014 Ford Taurus for an oil change I gave the car with absolutely no problem running like new. I dropped it at the quick lane at 1 PM and also the associate did the walk around for the car and told me you could pick it up at the end of the day, and then they told me since I am walking I would have to pick it up tomorrow then I got dropped off home the next day at 3 PM. They called me and told me that the car is ready to pick I got dropped off at the dealership and I was ready to pick up the car and they give me the paperwork and the first thing I seen is the car having an oil pressure light on and I mentioned it to the guy and he took it in and topped off the fluid shortly after in the parking lot while the associate was bringing it back I seen that the car was parked was leaking a lot of coolant. I mentioned it to the guy and he said yeah the car is been leaking before we got it and then I went and tried talking to the manager because I bought in the car perfectly fine just to do an oil change. It came out with so many problems leaking oil shocks are leaking. It was just ridiculous. The car was perfectly fine. I asked to see the footage of the car being leaking before I got it they never said anything I tried speaking with the manager add Robert the manager and he was very rude. I have a recording of how he was talking to me and also tell me to leave and he will call the cops so disappointed of this place never coming back. I’m also filing a complaint case still trying to look for the big boss of that place I will do whatever it takes because it’s not fair and also it’s not fair to be treated like this. I have all the phone calls recorded and they keep changing stories and stories so I will try my best to put a stop to this.

I bought a used car from this dealership and was immediately greeted with the vehicle shaking at speeds of 75mph. I brought the vehicle back in to be checked out and was told that nothing was wrong and that they could not do anything. Now I am stuck with this $13k piece of junk that I can only drive on city streets. Ive had eh experiences at car dealerships but never like this.

I came to this place after having a bad experience at two other Ford dealerships in the west valley and I was very fortunate to find a great place like this. I cannot say enough about this experience. I highly recommend this place. Extremely professional and courteous from the minute I pulled up and was greeted. I worked with Kyle in the service department and he was awesome to work with. My family friends and co workers that own Ford will now know this is the place to go for any of their needs. No matter where you live in town. This place is worth the drive every time. Thank you again!!

I have been buying my vehicles from the GM at Chapman Ford for decades, (Steve C.), he tops the list of people that I have met on this planet. I am unable to express my thanks to the entire staff at Chapman Ford for the years of great experiences, all of the sales managers, Matt R, Dave, Shawn, Craig i hope i haven't missed any one, if so please forgive me as each and every encounterwith any staff member has been a treat. Thanks a million to Jerry who sold me an amazing Bronco tonight(off the floor!)He was patient as I was out of sorts from dealing with a car accident and honestly helped me beyond the call of duty. He took his time to help me find the perfect fit and answered all of my questions. Brett in sales and Jerry are the best I’ve seen at any dealership. I didn’t feel like I was working with your typical salesmen, and it was such a relief. Everyone in the building is welcoming and I highly recommend their services.??

Service department chargers almost 50% over msrp for parts. The same part you can purchase in their parts department for msrp. Look at parts.ford.com to make sure you aren't getting ripped off. Service department is mismanaged. It took 4 days to complete an alternator replacement job. Go somewhere else is my recommendation
