I am unsure why there are so many negative reviews. On the contrary of what many others say, I have never felt judged coming here. Mind you, I am a legging and sneaker type of person. I have always been warmly welcomed and offered a beverage.If you are there to only look then you can go in based on how busy they may be. You may not have someone assist you directly but you will get to see everything and possibly get sized if you ask.Definitely do your part and set and appointment before hand if you are serious about purchasing.You can’t expect 5 star service if you can’t set an appt. They have other customers & are often busy.Another suggestion is speak to a sales associate. I personally have had a wonderful experience with Michelle Kim! I have purchased a few items with her and never once have I felt pressured. On the contrary, she’s been so helpful and feels like a longtime friend.As for the jewelry pieces themselves, DO IT. Never once have I regretted adding a piece to my collection. The quality is phenomenal and their pieces are timeless.

Arefa Ogaz at Cartier made our Mother's Day ring shopping memorable! From the moment we stepped in, she greeted us warmly and made us feel right at home. She took the time to understand what we wanted, patiently guided us around, and even laughed at my many dad jokes!Her friendly attitude made the whole experience feel like shopping with a friend. We left with matching love rings and big smiles, knowing we had a great time and got exactly what we were looking for. It was definitely a plus that they had our four rings in their physical inventory.

A year ago, we lost one diamond from my Cartier wedding band. Took it to this Cartier store and had them replace it. One year later we lost another diamond!! Now that we are questioning their craftsmanship, they are telling us settings that are holding diamonds are worn down and whole thing has to be reconstructed. My question is, why did they not warn us of the ring condition the first time we lost a diamond? Did they not send the ring to authorized reputable jeweler that would inspect the ring when replacing the diamond? (I thought ring would be inspected when you get it cleaned at the store. Am I mistaken??) I now realize that there are no trained/ knowledgeable jeweler or sales associates at this store. Sales associates we dealt with were nice but fairly clueless about service procedures and products. Paying premium for such a mediocre service and experience is not worth it. We were so disappointed in the service that we opted not to do anything with the wedding band and got a whole new one at Tiffany.

I've never had such a horrible time in a luxury store like this before. It was my parents' 35th anniversary, and I thought it'd be nice to check out Cartier for a pair of anniversary rings. We walked in, and this lady with this weird pink lipstick that went way beyond her lips greeted us. I told her about my parents' anniversary and that they were looking for matching rings.She showed us some couple rings, and my mom couldn't decide between rose gold and gold. Meanwhile, my dad wanted something slimmer than what Cartier had in their love collection. As my parents were trying on rings, this sales lady kept putting them away, making us ask to see them again. And she gave us these eyes like we were a bother.The whole time we were looking at rings, she didn't say anything about the merchandise, so I had to keep asking questions as if I was doing her job to sell my parents on dropping $10k. The breaking point was when my dad barely had a ring in his hand, and she asked if he liked it. Seriously? Even the Flash couldn't decide that fast. Fed up, we left Cartier and went to a different store, where my parents found an awesome anniversary gift, and the service was miles better than the joke we dealt with at Cartier.

My husband bought me a beautiful watch for my birthday. It started losing time which I found shocking so I took it in for service. The website is terrible and I could not book an appointment on it so I just went to the store. I was seen right away which was good but I have received no update on the status of my watch despite being promised I would hear within 10 business days. We are now on the 12th business day. I was unable to get a response from my advisor so called the main number. They said I would receive a response in 48hrs! That is unacceptable. This is a luxury item and I expect luxury service. Very disappointed.

Im still very unhappy with my experience from last year that I realized I never posted a review so here it is! I did send in a formal complaint but never heard back.My husband and I went into this Cartier location with the intention of buying something back in June 2022. We had an idea of the item we wanted, but I still wanted to try other items on. When you walk into a designer store with money in your wallet that you worked so hard to save, you expect nothing short of an incredible experience but that is the complete opposite of what we got.For starters, walking into the store we felt JUDGED by the associate who ended up helping us. She was not happy, pleasant or talkative. I told her we wanted X item but would love to try on other items. She pulled out X item but wasn’t helpful with the process at all. I had to ask the questions instead of her telling me about the item and helping with the sale. Not to mention she literally threw the item onto the velvet container versus gently placing it down. She kept tapping her fingers and foot, and sighing so it was clear she didn’t want anything to do with us. We felt so rushed despite only having been there a few minutes, and I felt bad so we didn’t try on any other items and decided to move forward with the purchase.Sitting down with her was the worst because 1) she LIED to us and 2) put up a fight when we told her our method of payment (cash). Starting with #2… when telling her we wanted to pay cash she straight up said that it would take her 10x as long to process and that we should just pay with credit card so we can get the points. We were so over her so we agreed. Towards the end I was feeling anxious because I felt like the item was too big on me, but she assured me that I can bring it back any time in the next 30 days to exchange for a smaller size. I doubled down on this and asked if there was anything we needed to be aware of to ensure this exchange would be possible, she said no. You can wear it as much as we wanted and bring it back to exchange if needed.We were only there for MAYBE 15 minutes - that’s how rushed we were. So that was disappointing to say the least. The next day we went back because I decided I wanted a smaller size and they turned me away because I had been wearing the item and there was clear wear signs on it. I told them the associate from yesterday didn’t say anything about this and that if I knew that I wouldn’t have worn it all day.The whole experience was horrible. I’ve vowed to never buy from Cartier ever again and I tell anybody who will listen to me about this experience. They clearly profile people based on how they look and what they’re wearing, and if you don’t fit their criteria they’ll be rude to you and rush you. It was so disappointing. I’ve heard that the Cartier stores in Europe don’t act like this, so I’d recommend waiting until you can make it overseas to purchase from this brand.

Had an amazing experience with Arefa Ogaz when I was visiting AZ. I didn't have an appointment, but upon entering the store, was greeted promptly and taken care of by Arefa. She was so kind and really took the time to get to know me. I am extremely satisfied with my purchases, and told her I will definitely go see her the next time I am in town. Thank you Arefa, for taking care of me and making me feel special!

Michelle is absolutely lovely. Welcoming and extremely customer service oriented. I love my new ring and am so appreciative of everything she did to help me while in the store.
