“I'm embarrassed to say I went to Lowe's first figuring that it'd be faster and cheaper than a stand alone shop like this one, even with all the great reviews on this site. It wasn't until Lowe's after days of repeated follow up calls to both the third party installer and to the local store, they finally told me the install date wouldn't be for 3 weeks (not even close to my 10-14 day timeline). I called the store and they came out within a couple hours to measure with samples that met my needs. Their quote was 30% cheaper than Lowe's and they were able to help me find a carpet that would be available to install within a week!Installation day went exactly as planned. The installers were pros and were polite and clean.I really couldn't recommend them enough!”

“Very lucky to have found this company from other happy Yelpers. Would gladly give him more than 5 stars if possible. Ira is true professional, no nonsense, just start the job and get it done. He has a lifetime of experience in the carpet business and knew the brand names of our Persian rugs the second he saw them, and he was able to estimate a reasonable retail price. 3 of the 4 rugs we had cleaned by Ira were inherited from my in-laws, so the only reason I knew the mfg name was because the tags were still attached to the underside, but I still had no clue about their value. We had planned to clean the rugs and send them to consignment, but they came out so lovely we are rethinking that plan. Ira picked the carpets up from our home in North Scottsdale, took them to his shop for the cleaning, and then delivered them back wrapped and protected. There are not many company's around that provide that level of service anymore! Because he washes and dries the carpets more than once, the job took a couple of weeks and was so well worth it. He charges by the sq ft which seems extremely fair. I highly recommend Ira's cleaning services and will definitely call on him again in the future. Ira, thank you for doing such a great job.”

“Worked with Danny Lain years ago to have my carpet replaced, and was pleasantly surprised that when I was (finally) ready to replace the rest of my flooring this year he was still there. He suggested a tile that I probably would not have chosen on my own, and it looks great. I am very happy with the results.”
