Absolutely loved the great collections of items in this store. It's definitely a place to get great gifts. It was a little pricey though. While I saw a lot of things I loved, I left with some AZ themed stickers, an art print, and a magnet of Midge Maisel saying Tits Up. 100% would come here again.

Assorted gifts can be found at this store. Nice helpful staff greeted all who came in or left the store. Some silly items to purchase as well as stickers, small pins, kids slippers and ornaments. Free street and lot parking.

Just bought this is Scottsdale today. “S” kept getting caught. Then the link broke off when i tried to untagle bc it was caught and not laying right. They need to honor their products. Also have my bank account statement with date and charge. If I mail it back will you send me a new one? Im from out of town and dont have time to come back in.

I bought a necklace just under three months ago and it started tarnishing from what I noticed less than a month ago. I went back into the store and confirmed that the necklace is allowed to be worn in the shower and isn't supposed to tarnish at all before I told her about my necklace and then I showed the lady working my necklace and my receipt and she called the owner, Carmens and she told her employee that I probably ward in the pool even though I bought it in December and it is now March and it's been winter this entire time, and they said since it's not within the 14 day return they can't do anything for me. A five dollar forever 21 necklace doesn't even tarnish within the first 14 days, I wouldn't have paid over $40 for a necklace that was going to tarnish this quickly when I'm being told it's supposed to be great quality. From reading these reviews it appears that there's a lot of issues with the owner and their jewelry. I would hope that they would reach out and try to resolve these issues and issues like this moving forward with their customers if they want to keep their business going

Purchased a necklace and matching bracelet for my wife for Christmas. My wife wasn't a fan and tried to return them and was told she couldn't return jewelry. Moral or the story don't buy a gift here!

I have never written a review in my life but I feel the need to share the horrible experience I had because I don't want anyone to go through what I did. I bought a necklace and the first time I tried it on, it broke. I tried to return it and it was a whole process. I had to go back and forth with the owner via email and in the end, she accused me of lying and blamed my children for breaking the necklace and that I should have bought a new one myself. I am honestly disgusted with this place. Please don't go here.

I give two stars because Julie one of the sales reps is very kind, passionate and helpful. However, I would advise high caution when purchasing items from the store. The jewelry is very cheaply made and you’re not allowed to exchange or return faulty products. Saturday afternoon I stopped in looking for a gift for a friend. I did not find anything she’d like. I saw a few items I liked for myself so I tried on the items, the whole time Julie was very attentive and checked on me frequently. Unfortunately the items did not fit in the way I was hoping so I didn’t purchase. I continued to peruse as I like shopping local and Julie was giving such a wonderful experience I wanted to purchase something. So I saw a pair of large gold hoops that I liked. I made the purchase and left. The next morning I went to put the earrings on, the first earring’s clasp opened a little stiff but it opened. I opened the second earrings clasp and it broke off. Wow. I don’t know anything about how to make or fix jewelry so I immediately put the earrings back in the bag and figured I would go back to the store to see if the owner could fix the earring since it’s local. I took the earrings back and was told that per their policy on the receipt, they could not exchange or replace the earrings. Also, that the owner would not fix them. I’m shocked at the complete lack of customer service by the owner. Faulty products and you blame the customer? Not cool. I was so disappointed I left the earrings as I can’t do anything with them. The owner got $33 of mine for a cheaply made pair of earrings which stings because of principal. I won’t return and advise others to be weary.

This shop has some cute clothes and jewelry, however when I was visiting I specifically asked if her jewelry was gold filled or plated and she said everything in the store was gold filled so my friends and I bought a few pieces. It’s been about 1 week and the gold has tarnished off of the clasp of my bracelet and I have discovered it is made of plastic. Then the ring I bought totally left a green stain on my finger. Gold filled jewelry does not leave behind any color, cheap gold plated jewelry does though. I wouldn’t have cared if she was honest but the fact that she lied about it is upsetting. Time to cancel dishonest business practices.
