This is the easiest most comforting car shop I’ve ever been to. Jim and Brian who are up front have hands down the best customer service I’ve ever seen, through their honesty, communication and care for the customer. The mechanic I also had the pleasure to meet was very friendly and extremely intelligent when it came to his craft. They even provided me a shuttle home when I got stranded there. If you need maintenance on your vehicle do yourself a favor and come straight here.

I am new to the area and called for an issue with my vehicle, they were able to fit me in the next day. It was an easy fix and only charged me the shop minimum. Very wonderful, kind guys in the shop and explained everything very well. Great service at a great price- they are not trying to make extra money off of you. Will be coming here again!

I called and was able to get an appointment the next day. Everyone here was so kind and welcoming, and this was by far the best experience I’ve had at an auto body shop. They did not try to take advantage of me, and explained everything in detail that was wrong with my car. They also give you a quote price as they’re working, which is so nice! I could not recommend this place more!

Great shop! True to price and honest with the work that needs to be done. Was worried about an upsell or additional parts and services and this was not the case! They are true to what you need and their work hold true. Will be my go to shop

Jim, Brian and Shane at Car Repair Company are great to work with. They went above and beyond to explain, address and ultimately fix the (many) leaks in my old QX4. Would recommend to anyone seeking out a competent, honest and fair shop.

If I could give 10 stars I would! The car repair Co is my go to place for repairs! I’ve come in with my Flex quite a few times, they’ve helped me out with everything from alternator problems, to A/c repair to everything in between. Always super fast, super friendly and always for a great price! These guys are the only guys I trust under my hood!!

Incredibly kind and informative. They were quick in diagnosis and took the time to explain all issues in terms I could understand with pictures and a plan. I'm grateful they went out of their way to give me a ride to and from the shop in this heat! Thank you!!

I have been going to Jim and his team for my auto repairs for a few years now. I called Jim at The Car Repair Co. on Tuesday when I found out I had a headlight out. He was able to get me in at my desired availability date and time. Once I dropped off the car, I was in and out in a matter of about an hour! Brian, the office manager, kindly let me know that they fixed the headlight and a smaller repair of my front bumper (that was out of place). They went the extra mile this time which I deeply appreciate! I will return again for any auto repairs and I always refer Jim and his team to anyone needing car repairs in the valley.
