“Chapman Jeep 5 minutes down the road quoted me $2,500+ for a rear main seal, transmission pan seal, and more marked "URGENT!!!".... Marshalls took 3 hours to look it over and explained to me that it was only a minor rear main seal leak and that it was effectively benign.
Recommended I keep an eye on it and to save my money... Unbelievable Chapman would stoop that low for a buck... and I'm so thankful for Marshalls!
Needless to say, Marshalls is my new mechanic, and a mechanic I can trust!!! Highly recommend”

“I booked my rental and was quoted $450. When I returned it, they charged me $1385. I attempted to contact many times and they would only refund $300.EDIT: After many calls to Avis customer service (Israel and Richie) with no justification on why I was billed 300% more than what I reserved the car at, the Avis Social Team did a full investigation on my case and they were able to make me whole. The whole ordeal took nearly 3 months to resolve and Avis phone support was very accusatory and condescending, but the social support team have been very empathetic and understanding. Thanks Avis Social Team (Blake and Haley)!”

“This location is conveniently located in between North Scottsdale and South Scottsdale ( avoid airport tax too). RACHEL, the manager, is irreplaceable. Her ninja customer service skills keep everybody happy. When she sees a problem, she's already thinking of a solution. She's the most accommodating, friendly woman I've met in a high-stress demanding customer service position. . This is the location you want to be at. But be proactive and call ahead you might be looking for a specific car, she might not have it, but she might be able to get it.”

“We recently reserved a vehicle from this Hertz location and had a great experience thanks to Sherie, the agent who helped us with our rental.
When we arrived to pick up our car we were informed that due to over bookings from the previous day there were no cars available even with reservations. Although it was out of her control, Sherie went above and beyond to get us a car quickly and even got us upgraded. She stayed calm and friendly as the line started to grow, and was quick to help each customer get what they need.
Based on this experience we look forward to renting from this location again.”

“This was the best customer service I’ve experienced in a while. I had booked online and when I picked up the car it was down pouring, but there were some options for me to choose from, so the gentleman who helped me, Chauntez, got me an umbrella and showed me the SUVs available. I picked one and he got me in the car and then took payment / explained everything to me. Then when I returned the car he was there again to greet me and make the process super quick & easy. He was very friendly and this whole renting a car experience was great ? I highly recommend enterprise in Scottsdale.”
