“Chapman Jeep 5 minutes down the road quoted me $2,500+ for a rear main seal, transmission pan seal, and more marked "URGENT!!!".... Marshalls took 3 hours to look it over and explained to me that it was only a minor rear main seal leak and that it was effectively benign.
Recommended I keep an eye on it and to save my money... Unbelievable Chapman would stoop that low for a buck... and I'm so thankful for Marshalls!
Needless to say, Marshalls is my new mechanic, and a mechanic I can trust!!! Highly recommend”

“I have to say that I’ve rented many a cars in my past - quite a bit from enterprise and others. Of course after uber showed up it changed stuff a bit however I’m going to be honest about my experience at THIS location (1815 N Scottsdale Rd in PHX) and let me just start by saying that they were - by far - the BEST team I’ve ever encountered (and in not young). From the minute we arrived we were promptly greeted with warmth and professionalism (maybe that’s just a PHX thing) Immediately the greeter hoped on the computer and it was like watching a symphony- one asked all the pertinent questions to confirm our reservation while the others grabbed keys and tablet to walk us out to our vehicles with options if we wanted to upgrade. The team was ready willing and on point in expediting us since there was a line forming upon our arrival. We were prepared to pick up our rental and the team was prepared to attend to our needs. No BS and no laziness. They were all smiles, greeted us and got us on our way. Kudos to the entire time. Nice job ladies and gents. And if anyone says otherwise, it was them who were not prepared. I give this location 5 stars!!!! Hey Mister C, did you share my feedback with your boss? :)”

“I've rented from Josh at this location several times over the past year whenever I'm in Phoenix, and he has always been a pleasure to do business with. He is quick and efficient whenever picking up or dropping off, an excellent problem solver and he even helped me set up a business account for my company. I send all my clients and staff to his location for their rental needs because I trust that Josh will take excellent care of them. Even more impressive that he does it all on his own. This location is located inside the Doubletree so you won't see a sign from the road, but he has a plentiful selection of cars to serve whatever needs. The cars are clean and I've never had a problem renting from here. 1000% RECOMMAND!”

“I chose this location for visiting family rather than dealing with the rental chaos at Sky Harbor. It's close to Scottsdale Airport, too. I reserved the manager's special, which can be a crapshoot, but got a nice Dodge Challenger. The staff were very nice and prompt. I was in and out within a few minutes for pick up and drop off. Stress free car rental, the way it should be.”
“I booked my rental and was quoted $450. When I returned it, they charged me $1385. I attempted to contact many times and they would only refund $300.EDIT: After many calls to Avis customer service (Israel and Richie) with no justification on why I was billed 300% more than what I reserved the car at, the Avis Social Team did a full investigation on my case and they were able to make me whole. The whole ordeal took nearly 3 months to resolve and Avis phone support was very accusatory and condescending, but the social support team have been very empathetic and understanding. Thanks Avis Social Team (Blake and Haley)!”

“I had a great experience here. It was a really chill pickup/dropoff. I like that it's in a nice hotel. Both employees I interacted with were super cool. The second guy gave me a credit for something I hadn't really considered to be credit worthy. Definitely will rent from here again when I can. Oh yeah, car was nice too.”

“I went in for a rental last week and the customer service from the assistant manager was amazing! My father is in Arizona for medical reason and was not able to pick up the rental with me and the assistant manager made sure I was able to rent a car and adjust the rental dates in order for me to pick up the car to get my father in time. Without his help I would be SOL in a state where I don’t have family. I really appreciated his kindness and effort in working with me. Thank you so much! You have no idea how much a little kindness goes a long way! I will use their services again.”
