This review is for both Candytopia Atlanta (which is listed as a business & attraction on Google with a ticketing website powered and ran by Fever ticketing). However the attraction does not exist.
When clicking the website to purchase tickets, it allows you to select a day and time and processes your payment. However, the address takes you to a golf store next to a Publix in Buckhead Landing.
There is no number connected with the business for assistance.
We drove 3 hours with two young children and a baby to attend this “amazing attraction” only to find we had been scammed.
We finally were told that the ticketing company, Fever up, would only communicate with us via live chat after we downloaded the app.
Which we did.
They then told us that they were not responsible for the event manager not updating the event website or address.
After making them “click through” the process we did booking the tickets and stating how as the ticket seller, they are legally responsible for refunds- they said they had to “end the chat, would look into the event managers information, and email me with their findings”.
Are you kidding me? We spend 125$, drive 3 hours, had to book a hotel, and our kids were beyond disappointed our fun family trip to Candytopia didn’t happen.
Candytopia Scottsdale, AZ ticketing is ran by the same Fever Up company.
BEWARE.

Fun fun fun! Our 8 year old son had a BLAST. From the big doors, lights and music at the grand entry all the way to the marshmallow playpen at the end and well everything in between too. I loved the candy treasure chests in each of the rooms. So fun! The star of the show was Al. He was so excited to see the joy the kids were having which was infectious. My suggestion would be to take your time going from
Room to room. It’s a small but mighty experience so go slow and enjoy all the little details throughout.

I took two 8 year old girls and they had a blast! Currently there is a25% off coupon and it was a weekend so cost for three of us was $60. More than I wanted to spend to take pics of the girls? Yes, but they truly enjoyed themselves.
There are eight different rooms and each has unique photo opportunities and most have a treasure chest of candy to take (my purse was loaded from the three of us). It's definitely hard towards kids. I did see a group of adults go through and they looked to be having fun, but for the money I suggest only take kids as they can fit on the swings and fun chairs. You can move through at your own pace, but once you move forward they ask that you not backtrack.
My girls spent the most time in the confetti room...with an employee using a leaf blower to blow it around. The employee was fun and kind and helped set up photo ideas and kept the girls giggling. The second favorite was of course the marshmallow pit at the end. Again, the employee made it fun and he had a smile the whole time.
The gift shop at the end (open to public without cost of a ticket) was filled with fun candies and souvenirs. Luckily we picked up enough candy throughout the rooms that no more was needed. Overall, it was a fun hour for two little giggling girls.

My wife and I had our anniversary here and it was beyond fun. Each of the rooms has sculptures with facts about the candy used.
There are tons of fun exhibits and you can enjoy each room as long as you'd like. The candy store at the end was cool, some nostalgic candies, fun unique merch, and the manager Olivia was more than accommodating when she gave us a little treat to take home for spending our anniversary there.
This is a great family friendly exhibit, and the staff is great with kids. It's very reasonable when it comes to pricing and they have a family bundle for 4+
Overall an absolutely amazing time!

Art and theming was awesome and the candy was good. My toddler had an amazing time throughout and the marshmallow ball pit was great.
I just wish it was longer. A few more rooms and some more candy would have been great!

Not a good place for children and adults with sensitivity to loud music. It would have been nice to have know that before we spent 90.00 on tickets. My 4 year old granddaughters were immediately upset with the music being so loud and the staff had no awareness of persons with special needs. It was crowded and the marshmallow pit was out of control and people were stepping on each other. We left aft 20 minutes and spending 60.00 in the overpriced gift shop. Please post on your website not friendly for anyone with loud noise sensitivity, especially children with AUTISM!

This place is a scam. It shows normal operating hours and a specific address in NYC on Google. I booked the tickets on line. When I went there, I realized this place doesn’t exist anymore. The website of Candytopia NYC directed me to this scottsdale location. It’s totally misleading customer. I purchased ticket online but did not realize it was for a different location. When I reached out to the team, shared the experience and asked for a refund, it was turned down. The business is lack of integrity and doesn’t treat customers in a fair way. Very disappointing!

Fun place to visit! Friendly staff and neat stuff to see & experience. Overall, unique experience!
The gentleman working the marshmallow pit around lunch today was very engaging. He helped the kids have an even better time.
Loved this experience, but giving 4 stars because it was much shorter than expected. I thought there would be a bit more to see. Regardless, would recommend going!

Very small and non eventful. I wnñ yo s x atched the gift shop manager Olivia degrade employees and refuse them work even tho a temp agency sent them there to work. Disrespectful and not paying employees is not a business I support.

overpriced for the quantity of things you see that are made of candy. Also, if you make a mistake and book a time wrong or too many tikets on accident.. to bad you're screwed even if you just booked it. what bs.

Definitely not worth the money ! It only has 4 rooms , not all rooms are interactive . Looks like they just threw it together and decided to call it CandyTopia . The art doesn’t even look like candy , it looks like melted Lego pieces . Only has one bowl of candy in each room , the way they advertised it makes it seem like candy is everywhere . The confetti room is ridiculous , its an employee with a leaf blower blowing confetti out of a cardboard box . Also , they shouldn’t decorate the place for Halloween my kids were so scared !
I definitely feel like they paid these TikTok influencers to make it seem more fun then it actually is . Don’t waste your money , false advertisement and your tickets are non-refundable .

I will start by saying all of the exhibits and art made out of candy were really cool. The kids in our group loved that they could get a treat or two in each room. The concept is super cute, and the gift shop had cute things and some cool old school candy and unique ones you don't see everywhere. That being said, in my personal opinion, the tickets for this were way too expensive. There are not a ton of rooms, so really take your time in each because you can not go backward once you progress to the next, or at least you are not supposed to. The only rooms that held the kids' attention for a decent amount of time were the confetti room and the "marshmallow pit" room. Aside from that, they were in each for about 5 minutes, give or take. The marshmallow room is the last one, and then you exit to the giftshop. There were not a ton of people when we went so the girls played in the marshmallow pit for a good amount of time but I paid $82.40 total for an adult, child, and senior ticket with whatever tax and processing they at on. The child ticket was $22.80, the adult was $31.80, and the senior was $27.80. If it weren't for the fact that one of the mom's in our dance team wanted to take the girls here, and we committed ahead of time, I would have left as soon as I saw the prices, especially in hindsight of seeing how small the entire exhibit was (I want to say maybe 10 rooms, give or take). If you want to take cute photos for an invitation or announcement, something special, then it might be worth it. Otherwise, I'd say tickets for this should only be $10-$15 dollars. The giftshop prices are what typical giftshop prices are at an attraction and they could easily make the same profit if they lowered ticket prices, maybe more. It would have been great to have a cheaper ticket, and then I would have been inclined to get a few more things at the gift shop. But after spending $80+ just to get in, we only grabbed a few small things and called it a day. The last advice I have is bundle up. It was hot outside when we went, so upon entering, it was great to cool down, but it wasn't long before we were freezing. I'm sure it has to be kept cold because of the candy displays, but it was rough without a sweater. It was cute, but unless they drop the ticket prices, this was a one and done experience as far as I'm concerned.

We went to Candytopia on a Sunday - during their first time slot, at 10am. It wasn't crowded, parking was easy and there was hardly a line. The staff who greeted us at the door were super friendly and helpful.
The actor who greeted us at the entrance/was in the first room, was super funny and engaging. We liked his "grandpa jokes". Then the guys who were working in the confetti room (Alec? Couldn't hear his name) and the marshmallow pit (Christian) were super nice and friendly. We had our exchange student with us from Spain and they were very nice to her - welcoming her to Arizona, and to Candytopia. It was a memorable time for her for sure.
Anyway, highly recommend going early to snag a good parking spot, bring a small plastic bag for the candy, spend as much time as you can in each room and take advantage of all the great photo ops! It was pricey for 4 people but any special exhibit/museum usually is. My kids (ages 7 and 5) and our 16 year old exchange student loved it!
