My wife was givin Brent's contact info after telling a coworker we were wanting to purchase a home. His referral came with quite a praise. I had called a few other lenders durring the week without so much as a returned call. Brent answered my call and I noticed immediately that he was a go getter with a driven attitude. I will be the first to admit that I know full well that I'm not the easiest person to deal with I'm situations such as a home purchase. I have high expectations even though I'm not the most qualified buyer. Brent never doubted his ability to successfully get me and my family into a new home. My case was a bit extreme with some surprises and shortfalls with my credit and debt to income ratio. There was a point where I wanted to throw in the towel due to a hurtle I didn't think there was a way around. Brent took it upon himself to go the extra mile working with me and some creditors to get them to forgive some missed payments on some accounts I had overlooked. I'm so happy that he did not give up on me. Thanks to the extra effort that he chose to put forth, my family and I are now the the proud new owners of a great home. I do not want to leave out Brian Cole. Brian was on top of everything all the time and eager to help me with my computer dyslexia. Without these two solid professionals I would be looking for another years lease as I write this. I have to give both of them thier mu h deserved
