I stopped in the other day at the Scottsdale location just to look with my nephew. John Michael Capaldi greeted us promptly & even took the time to get him a coloring page even though we were not buying anything. It is actually hanging on my fridge as we completed it that day. I was very impressed with his professionalism.
I will be in there to get the band for my Breitling Avenger II soon and any more watch needs I have. I love this watch so I'm excited to see what else you have to look at.

This boutique is amazing. They have a great selection of watches. The employees are the most patient and helpful, especially Tony. Tony is knowledgeable about all of the product lines, movements, and specifications of the watches. I went to three other boutiques in the mall Cartier, Omega, and Rolex and I got the best service and experience from Tony at Breitling. 10/10 definitely recommend.

10/10 experience. I went into the store looking for a specific watch for a wedding gift for my fiancé. Tony was knowledgeable, helpful, resourceful and guided me to a very similar watch (that I like even better than the original I thought I wanted to purchase!).
To top it off, he was able to help with and coordinate engraving the backside with our wedding date.
I am truly impressed with the attention to detail and am grateful to have had the support for such a meaningful gift!

My third time piece I’ve purchased from this location. And every single time I walk in I’m greeted like an old friend. Kyle has done a great job since being the manager of this location. Tony helped me out today in purchasing my new Superocean Heritage. I’ve shopped at different brands and locations but always come back here, mainly because of the service and passion all the employees have for the watches they sell.

Just purchased my first Breitling and couldn’t be more happy. The whole experience was fantastic. Tony was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient. Not pushy one bit. Although it was my first watch from here, it certainly won’t be my last. Thank you Tony!

They serviced my watch a little over a year ago, and its still running like a top. Although there were a few issues when I picked it up the first time or two, they were quickly addressed, and the watch was fixed. I especially like the job they did plating it and fixing the dents and numerology. The watch was in very bad shape compared to after the service. I have since worn it a decent amount.

I came to the Breitling store this past weekend to look for a watch for my husband for Christmas. Kyle was the first person to greet me when I arrived. He took so much time talking with me and asking questions about my husband so that he could find me the perfect watch for him and he succeeded! His attention to details is amazing! This was a large purchase and I really appreciated the fact that Kyle was understanding and walked me through the process, but gave me time to think about things before I made the move to purchase.I came back the next day and bought the watch, for 2 reasons: 1. My husband will love it and 2. Because of Kyle! He made this a great experience for me and I felt completely taken care of throughout this purchase!I know that everyone in the store is wonderful, but if you are looking to purchase a watch, visit Kyle. Walked into the Breitling boutique at Scottsdale Fashion Square and was immediately greeted by two distinct things. First was a forest green dial on a 46mm Superocean Heritage. Second was a Mr. Kyle Rogers. I’ve never walked into a store and knew I was going to leave with something so immediately. We went through the motions of trying the watch on and talking about the features before my cheapskate bone started to kick in. I told Kyle it was a lot of money and he was understanding and even offered some time to think and a clear perspective instead of being pushy like so many others would have been. I took 30 minutes and asked my wife to convince me. Needless to say we went back in and waited to talk to Kyle once more. He attended to us at his first availability. Some thank you’d and positive sentiments were shared before he sized the watch and placed it on my wrist with a literal white glove experience (so as not to get smudges or lint on my new timepiece.) I’ve never spent so much money in one shot, but I’d do it all over again, and plan to, just because of Mr. Kyle Rogers. The watches in this boutique are beautiful, but the real shining star is the service level. Please keep being excellent!!!
