Listen, when I say wonderful customer service, perfect timing and incredible quality. I brought my daughter a pair of boots in the store but my boots had to be ordered since I was blessed with a big foot. The boot company (Double D Ranch) were able to do a custom 12 boot. This was a birthday present to myself and just got here a day after my birthday and I could not be more pleased. They have such a great selection of boots for the rest of you small feet people lol. Thank you so much

I love this store! Heather is so nice, knowledgeable and helpful. She helped me find the perfect boot, was super patient with me and knew more about boots than anyone I've ever come across while boot shopping. I absolutely LOVE my boots and I will be back. Boot Junkie is my new go-to for fabulous boots!

Boot Junky is worth the effort if you're looking for unique, quality women's boots located in Scottsdale, but away from the Old Town chaos. It's a family owned-business, plenty of parking. Heather was knowledgeable, kind, helpful, intuitive, responsive, flexible and funny. She knows the inventory, taught us the official way to take off a boot and I left with a kick-ass, far from ordinary pair for my wedding. She even stuck a special treat in the box that I discovered when I got home. Pretty cool experience!

I absolutely love Boot Junky, I’ve ordered a total of 7 pair of boots from this company. Never had issues with my past orders. I recently returned 2 pair of boots. I failed to read where it said if returned, I would have to pay for shipping which was $45 and let me tell you that it hurt because that could have gone towards more boots. However, I am a BOOT JUNKY and I will continue to order from this company. I’ll just have to make sure I really really love the boot. Plus, I really love the little notes they send with each order.Update: I changed my review to 5 stars because I just received the 2 pair of boots I ordered and I’m in love!!

Such a cute little place with a great selection of boots! Great customer service too! Highly recommend, make sure you call before going to the store, they do most of their sales online and are a small family run boutique so hours are subject to change.

Amazing collection of western, fashion and moccasin style boots. High quality leather, unique designs, several vendors to choose from with prices to accommodate every budget. I love this company and if all that isn't enough, they have the best customer service around. Real people answer the phone when you call and they go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with your boots. This is the first place that offered to stretch my boots for me so that I didn't have to go through that painful break in period. If you are looking for boots, you won't find better!!!

Disappointed this time with the terms of the sale which I didn't know until I tried to return boots that looked nothing like the color in the picture and had to exchange instead. Then paid more for a different pair of boots only to find I couldn't even get my foot half way in the opening. Having already paid freight for first pair losing money I couldn't afford to lose anymore with additional shipping so I had to sell 2nd pair on my own to try to recover some money lost. Probably won't buy from Boot Junky again and have been a fan prior to this bad experience.

Very bad experience with the customer service :/ I was client for 2 years, bought A LOT of shoes , and then now i have to keep a pair of shoes those are damaged because of a « misunderstanding »?!They have lost a client i m very disappointed!! ?I just saw the answer today and i m so in chock they LIE !!!!I didn t want to go to deep in details but actually in order to save them money for 2 shippings ( in canada they ask me 100$ ups shipping for each) i said i will try that the shoemaker fix the color issueIt was christmas time so i said they can only mid of januaryI precised I WILL TRY !They said : OKThe cost of reparation was 26$ US so good for them ! There was an orher damage on the side a line but i said it s ok because i wanted to be niceThey NEVER paid this reparation because at that time i didn t do itAnd UNFORTUNATELY the shoe maker was not able to fix the damage !Yes they « offered » me 50$ of compensation , normal i think !!I bought new brand shoes and i was struggling for more than 1 month with that !When i receive a pair from USA i pay dutiesSo i paid 100$ extra for my pocket no refund possible !So i lost 500$ because i cannot wear them !! it s flash green and there is a big black mark on top !!! :/It s incredible because they do worse now with their LIES !

Drove 30 minutes today (a Saturday) and arrived to a closed store. I checked the website, Instagram, and stories to make sure they were open and nothing stated otherwise. I've been following them for a while on Instagram and I'm super disappointed in the lack of clarity and communication of hours. Well now time for another 30 minute drive home.
